  1. Looks like support got back to me really quick. I was able to use the new key file they provided for my new flash drive and I've gotten everything back up and running. Thanks everyone!
  2. Also for clarity, it seems the server just won't boot off my old flash drive anymore ever since I disconnected it. I've tried the typical windows methods for getting it back up and running but nothing has worked thus far. So I currently have no working instances of unraid.
  3. I know this topic has been covered but I already contacted support about this and the automated reply email asked if I needed this escalated then to post in the forums so here I am. I started getting the error stating that my flash drive was not read/write. In response I ordered a USB 2.0 stick and created a flash backup in preparation for the inevitable since that seems to be the fix with the majority of these cases. I used the USB flash creator tool on the new flash drive with my flash backup zip file. I then disconnected my old USB flash drive from the server and connected the new USB flash drive. Using the GUI, I navigated to the key registration page and noticed that there is no Replace Key option there. I don't ever recall replacing my USB flash drive so I'm pretty sure I'm not within the 12 month replacement window as I have had unraid for a few years at this point. Anyway, I contacted support and they said to expect a response within a few days. I run pfsense on my server so I would like to not have to reconfigure my Internet just to get it up and running for now and then changing it back later. Any chance I can get a replacement key for my new guid sooner?
