  1. I had tried a repair in the past to no avail. Just tried it again.... and it worked 😕 Thanks for your help guys!
  2. on one of my array disks I've tried all the above in both /user and /disk# folders
  3. Hey all, I have a folder in my system that I cannot remove. It was just a temp folder that was used for storage as I was moving files around, so it's not used by any process, etc. I've tried rm -f, etc. but I get "directory not empty" ls -a shows 0 files. I've tried Krusader, but it does nothing either. Permissions look good. Any idea what the hell is going on?
  4. ah dude I can now also back up to a Time Machine share that I have NEVER been able to get to work.. Can't thank you enough!
  5. oh man commenting out worked... I looked at those lines and thought "nah that wont create any issues"... Thanks so much.. 😳 🙌

  7. Hey all, Out of the blue, I can no longer access my SMB shares. I've tried both in OSX and Win 10. I can see the shares, however, I cannot seem to get into them. I have tried public and private security. Deleted my user account account in Unraid, added a new one. Rebooted. Removed nerd pack. Played with local master settings. Restarted samba, server, router, OSX, Win10. Tried with guest account in OSX. New permissions in Unraid. Tried via IP and server name. Everything has been working fine until just recently. Any ideas? I'm stuck..
