This is known issue, I am working with upstream for a solution. In the meantime, you can increase the run frequency as this script should still function on the first few runs before hitting this limit.

The backup script will run based on the provided access token, time interval, and config file located at appdata/llalon-github-backup/config.json. Token and directory fields in the config file is ignored as they are obtained through the environment variables provided to the plugin. All other fields will function as intended.
