  1. I tried to upgrade my Unraid server hardware. I was using a Gigabyte 450M and AMD Ryzen 5 3600. I wanted an additional PCI-16 slot so I upgraded to a Gigabyte B550 Aorus elite and a new AMD Ryzen 5 3600. I also added a new 6TB HDD during the hardware upgrade. Same Nvidia 1660 GPU, Same LSI SAS controller. Got the new hardware installed and the original Unraid drive plugged in and booted up. After changing the boot order to boot to the flash drive the system booted to unraid. However I noticed Unraid reverted back to the orignal "Tower" name. Network settings did not save, getting an APIPA address at the moment, with that I can't reach the web portal. I took a backup of flash config settings, before the hardware upgrade, to a different device and have the Zip file. Which leads into my next frustration. After struggling to find just the perfect USB to use with the Unraid USB creation tool. It finally detected an 8GB USB 2.0 sandisk I had. Formatted to FAT32 with UNRAID as the volume name. The USB creation tool gets hung up on syncing files every time. Tried both FAT32 and ExFAT and multiple block sizes. Gets stuck on syncing files regardless. Am I hosed? What's happening? I have 26 TBs sunk into this server and I just want to get it back online.
