  1. DylanF1 started following 6.12.14 Downgrade
  2. I don't know why and am not experienced enough to figure it out but when I upgraded to 6.12.14 the web interface became unresponsive. I could not use the server and it took multiple attempts to get logged back in and make it to the downgrade option. I would get logged back in and when I would try to switch to different pages the server would lose connection and/or become unresponsive. I had to restart the server a few times. As requested when I downgraded, attached are the diagnostics. Now that the server is back on 6.12.13 it seems to be working normally so far. If you need anything or figure out the issue, please let me know. tower-diagnostics-20241228_2348.zip
  3. For the last 2.5 months or so I have had issue with my server array going offline for some unknown reason. Occasionally I cannot login to the GUI so I have to restart the server. Other times I can login and restart the array but eventually it goes offline again. I have the system log writing to the flash drive that is used to boot but it has not helped me determine the issue. That could be because I’m not very experienced with trouble shooting or Unraid in general. I also downloaded “Fix Common Problem” and cleaned up a duplicate file it flagged. I use Duplicati to backup the server and Community Applications to download those items. One thing to note, but I don’t know if it matters, for some reason when I updated the OS it changed the name of my server from what I had labeled it to Tower. Attached is my anonymized diagnostic information if anyone would like to take a look and see if they could identify a problem. I am relatively inexperienced with the Unraid software and server setup in general. I learned enough to get it setup and working but that’s about it. tower-diagnostics-20221029-1929.zip
  4. So the server has been up and running fine since my original post. One thing I noticed is around the time that I started having the issue I had done an update for the community applications plug in. When I booted it at the time of my original post there was another update for the community application plugin so I did it again. Maybe it’s just a coincidence or maybe it had something to do with it, I don’t know. Once I reassigned my cache drive Duplicati showed up again (which makes since now that I think about it) and all seems well again. If it goes haywire again I’ll post the data but as of now things seem to have worked themselves out, somehow.
  5. Hello, I setup my server about 18 months ago and up until the beginning of June it had worked flawlessly. This is my first server and experience with Unraid, I learned enough to get it setup how I wanted but that’s about it. I have built a few other computers so I am more familiar with the hardware but less familiar with the software. I used Duplicati to backup the server and email notifications for updates on the server. I noticed I had stopped receiving email updates and then could not access the shares from my computers or login from the web interface. I had to use the power button to do a manual shutdown and then turn it back on. After the restart it seems to work normally for a short period of time (a few hours) and then becomes unreachable again. This evening I did the manual restart again, probably for the third time, to try and troubleshoot it since I had some free time but I noticed some new issues. Duplicati is no longer installed and the cache drive has been unassigned. Unraid is currently version 6.9.2 and it is setup with a static IP address on my home network. Anything to help point me in the right direction would be helpful and appreciated
