  1. Plex: Guide to Moving Transcoding to RAM

    Haven't figured out how to transcode on RAM when upgrading to 6.10 RC. Tried a few methods mentioned above, plex still transcoding using cache. Can't even see /dev/shm folder as i used to be able in 6.9 when used the container: /transcode method.

    @ich777 appreciate the response. Never tried Jellyfin but will attempt to compare. Seems like its available for many of the same platforms. I'm assuming you like Jellyfin over Plex for other reasons. lol just saw ur version. I'll give it a go. Thanks for you time

    can report to have similar issue with either green bar on right or white specks on some videos when transcoding. Used the discussed methods to get GPU transcoding on intel i511500.
