Re-allocate space on drives and setting to leave space empty.
Hi Trurl, Quick question regarding the move of the files you mentioned. The first time i did it I forgot to disable docker and vm manager. Now it seems the files are on both disk1 and in the cache. Any idea if it should live on both? I think one has a more recent date than the other at this point .... File in disk1 File on cache... Thoughts on what to do? Thanks!

Re-allocate space on drives and setting to leave space empty.
Thanks for the advice! I started to move things manually as you suggested. Regarding the systems share, is this setting not correct? I shouldn't have the "Include disk(s) 4" ?

Re-allocate space on drives and setting to leave space empty.
This is great! Thank you. I understand the idea of the min free space setting. Looks like it has to be done for every share, which I didn't have configured. Any tips on moving the data? Will the mover handle it if the setting is set? Or do you have to manually do it?

Re-allocate space on drives and setting to leave space empty.
Hi All, I was wondering what is the best way to move data from one drive to another, then what setting to use to leave at least 100GB of space on the drives, so they don't get filled up. Currently my drives looks like below. I'd like to leave 100GB of space on each drive automatically. Thanks!

Unable to cast specific movies via Plex after last updates.
Hi all, Just wondering if anyone is having issues where they are unable to cast some movies after the last plex update from the browser or phone. It attempts to cast as if it is buffering, and sometimes even plays the movie, but the timeline does not move. And a few seconds/minutes later the cast just stops with an error. Any ideas? Thanks!

XFS / XFS Encrypted Defrag quesiton.
Hi All, I was just curious to see what the fragmentation status was on the drives and found that xfs_db does not work for encrypted drives. I get the following when trying to run it on an encrypted drive. xfs_db -r /dev/md2 xfs_db: /dev/md2 is not a valid XFS filesystem (unexpected SB magic number 0x4c554b53) Use -F to force a read attempt. The ones that are not encrypted succesfully executes the command and I could read the status. Is there a command for XFS encrypted filesystems like xfs_db? I couldn't find it on the internet heh.... thanks! OS

Ohh hmm it looks like if the share says "Prefer : Cache", it will have an exclamation mark all the time, unless if it is raided? Thanks! OS

Added SSD Cache, now I get exclamation marks on appdata ...
Hi All, I just added an SSD cache to the server. Once I did that I am getting an exclamation mark on the following shares: appdata / domains / system. I did run the mover thinking that this would just back things up on the array and the exclamation marks will go away, but it hasn't. Any suggestions? Thanks! OS

HDDS that can run on 1 PSU cable.
Hi All, I am very new to unRAID and just recently decided to put a homelab server / media server / NAS together using unRAID. I just got a RSV-L4412 case. The hot-swap bays of the case take 2 molex connectors each supporting 4 HDDs, in total there are 6 molex connectors to the total of 12 HDDs. I got a new PSU for this project, the Seasonic GX-650 PSU. I was thinking of using 1 SATA power cable, and using SATA to 2x Molex splitters to go to all molex power inputs for the HDDs. I was trying to find specs of the wire ti see if this is OK, but can't seem to find it online. Any thoughts if this is fine? Thanks! OS
