Just looking for some opinions. I currently have an i7 9700k in my Unraid machine paired with a Nvidia 4060 for hw transcoding. I've noticed lately when plex is detecting intros / credits or transcoding multiple audio streams my 9700k will be pretty much maxed the whole time. I've also noticed this when transcoding audio while using tdarr or fileflows. I also have another pc that I use very occasionally for some light gaming that has a ryzen 5700g and a dedicated video card as well, My question is would I be better off moving the 5700g to my Unraid machine to handle thoes task that the 9700k seems to be struggling with lately.
