Zeze21's post in Docker can not communicate outside it's own IP range was marked as the answerOk the solution was simple the dockers i wanted to connect to the rest of the Network had to be in br0 mode. Hope anybody who has the same issue finds this helpful

Eine Lösung für Home Assistant habe ich immer noch nicht - ich habe nun zunächst mal gemäß
gehandelt d.h. docker laufen über ne zweite netzwerkschnittstelle. Also alle die br0 waren (sind ja nur noch 2) sind jetzt br01 damit hoffe ich läuft auch adguard etc wieder
Home assistant ist weiterhin nicht erreichbar aber dafür mach ich ne neue topic auf

Jetzt gehts....
Nextcloud ist zwar bei mir immer noch sehr sehr langsam aber es funktioniert jetzt immerhin!!!!
