  1. Squirreljester's post in My flash drive died and I'm going through the process of replacing it... was marked as the answer   
    Support was able to re-issue my a new key and it worked.
    Strangely I had to go into the key management and re-link the key too. I didn't see that step in any of the instructions I read online.
