DDR4 to DDR5 upgrade causes system to crash every 3 hours
Thanks JorgeB, I appreciate you looking into this. Looks to be an Intel driver issue with Linux. I'm running the exact hardware as this other Unraid post which has a solution in it. I'll give it a try and if it doesn't work, I'll get a new NIC. 6.11.5 - igc 0000:09:00.0 eth0: PCIe link lost [Ryzen 9 7950X] [SOLVED] - General Support - Unraid Thanks for your time

DDR4 to DDR5 upgrade causes system to crash every 3 hours
Since turning off EXPO ram and leaving the speed at 4800m/s(default), my crashes have gone from 3 hours to nearly 2 days. The system still responds fine through physical KB/mouse (just no internet access) and the unraid is not contactable by any other machine. I was actively on the server when it disconnected this time and managed to get the diagnostics. (attached). Would you be able to see what is going on through the diagnostics? kooori-diagnostics-20251202-1506.zip

DDR4 to DDR5 upgrade causes system to crash every 3 hours
I had 4 PASS on the memtest. I'm guessing the issue is my ram is running on EXPO 1 profile which is DDR5-6000 speed. The default clock profile is 4800. The link you have provided says Unraid can handle 2x max 5200. I am going to change the clock of the RAM to be default at 4800.

DDR4 to DDR5 upgrade causes system to crash every 3 hours
Hello, I recently changed over motherboards from a DDR4 setup to a DDR5 setup. The Unraid system came from my main gaming rig that just got an upgrade and since doing that, my system cannot get more than 3 hours uptime. CPU, MOBO, RAM got an upgrade from DDR4 to DDR5. Same USB. I've tried playing with the docker network settings around iplan/maclan to no success. I managed to type diagnostics 5 minutes after it happened. Please see logs attached. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

USB Failed, most recent backup was taken before a failed disk occured
Greetings to everyone. My USB drive failed and I had click the button to generate the backup but never downloaded the file. Is it possible to restore the array somehow to get this backup? My most recent backup is from a month ago where I had to swap out a failed drive but the backup was taken before i swapped the drive out. When I look on Unraid Connect it says there is a backup taken on the 01/12 (4 days ago) but it fails to generate the link. This backup would contain my configuration. What is the best way to approach this situation.

Unable to delete a file
Looking for some assistance with deleting a folder on my disk drive. So I recently introduced 2x cache drives on my array and used unbalance to move my files from the disks to the cache drive(ssd). Dockers were stopped. I have a file that won't move off the disk 1 drive: I have: first used the docker new safe permissions function to reset permissions tried using the unraid GUI to browse the folder view to delete. Nothing happens to the files when pressing the button. tried using Krusader to delete the file with no luck and then tried changing the PUID AND GUID to 0 andwhen I select delete nothing happens Would anyone kindly be able to assist with with getting back my green icon on my Shares page.
