  1. i just discovered it appears to be an issue with chrome? when i login thru incognito, everything works normally. i cleared my cookies/cache and no luck. i wonder if its an extension messing with it?
  2. when i switch 'enable docker' from yes to no and click apply, nothing happens. any ideas? my webgui in general has become unresponsive on 6.12.8. i cannot get the docker/plugin tabs to load, but everything seems to be up and running. my main and dashboard tabs loads only half the time. i do have a warning about macvlan so i thought id try ipvlan and see if thats the issue. but i cannot stop my docker to switch this. i booted in safe mode and same issues
  3. Can someone help me use USB Manager to make this work? I have two USB dongles for Home Assistant VM to passthrough. One is for Zigbee and one for Zwave. However it seems it's the same controller/ID because it does not seem to let me start the VM with these 'duplicate' USBs? VM Config: Start error: I stumbled upon this app/thread in looking for a solution. But I'm not exactly sure how to configure each USB in USB manager. Do I edit device settings, or port settings? Should I be connecting one as serial only, etc. Any advice would be appreciated
  4. Does anyone know if there has been any progress on HDR transcoding with Rocket Lake iGPU?
  5. there is also conflicting info on wiki.unraid about resetting root pw.... from https://unraid.net/blog/unraid-new-users-blog-series from: https://wiki.unraid.net/Manual/Troubleshooting#Lost_root_Password
  6. I dont have the syslog setup unfortunately.. I will definitely do that once I get back in. I login with bitwarden so i cannot forget my root password or mistype it server still seems to be running normally, i can get into my home assistant vm, dockers via reverse prxy, etc. just my root login to webgui is somehow failing overnight
  7. this morning my root is failing. tried putty too but fail too. i was logging in fine yesterday, and the password is saved in bitwarden so im not mistyping them. any ideas what may have caused this? server still seems to be running fine as i can access my smbs, reverse proxies, plex, etc. but somehow my root webgui login is no longer working. i see the flash steps to reset pw, but i cant do a clean shutdown. any suggestions? just hard shutdown?
  8. Can someone ELI5 the purpose of NUT? I have a Cyberpower (SL700U) UPS coming to use. I was planning to just connect USB and use UPS settings. Is that not sufficient or what is the purpose of NUT in addition to the system's UPS settings?
  9. Is it possible to have automatic cross seed across trackers using Qbitorrent?
  10. Does anyone know if RAM transcoding can work in JF like Plex? For example, setting tmpfs size limit and directing transcodes to /tmp? When I point transcode to /tmp it blows up RAM usage on bigger files like Remux..
  11. Are you suggesting that you had artifacts in HDR to SDR transcoding on linuxserver docker but it issue went away with ich77's? Is your HDR tone mapping on? I'm using linuxserver docker with UHD 730 (i5 11400) and have artifacts in HDR to SDR. Wonder if it's worth trying ich77's instead? But how is jellyfin compared to plex?
  12. dockers/apps pages load super slow after installing this app. it is quite annoying. is that normal? edit: i didn't set anything up. i signed out and uninstalled. after uninstalling the app, i'm getting: 'Backup Server Active. Some icons may not appear, and plugin installations may be affected' there is also no appdata cleanup to be found after uninstalling strangely. i am guessing i need to manually clean it up. what are the files exactly to delete from flash? there is no specification on the wiki as to what to delete. Deactivate and delete the backup files from your flash drive. We will provide a way to remove them from our server later. i want to get rid of the backup server (why is it active even after uninstalling??), it is causing my apps tab to load extremely slow
  13. is it possible my docker img corrupted which is causing this? my cache basically overfilled and i got flooded w/ cache full notifications
  14. i'm seeing stuff in the log like 'has 2 dangling links' . and those seem to be the files that are copying to array instead of moving Aug 31 17:24:59 JServe move: file: /data/torrents/movies/hd/Respect.2021.2160p.WEB-DL.DD5.1.HDR.HEVC-CMRG/Respect.2021.2160p.WEB-DL.DD5.1.HDR.HEVC-CMRG.mkv [10301,83e2] has 2 dangling link(s)
  15. I've attached my Diagnostics. So I noticed something actually. Mover IS moving stuff from cache to array, I can see my array size increasing. But my cache size is NOT decreasing. I wonder if this has to do with me using hardlinks in *arr. It seems that my non-hardlnked data is moving as normally as expected. But for any hardlinked data, it is almost like its creating a copy in array, instead of moving it off cache? Thanks for any help jserve-diagnostics-20210831-1735.zip
  16. i have a 1tb nvme cache. and a media/torrent shares with cache: yes i've been downloading a lot recently (upgrading media to 4K remux). and got a surprising notification that my 1tb cache is full. i have mover set to run hourly. i enabled mover logs and it shows mover is moving files, but my cache remains full. i stopped mover then restarted it and same thing, looks to be moving but nothing is moving. i also stopped my dockers/VMs but no luck either. does anyone know what the issue might be?
  17. i installed home assistant vm for the first time. played around with it. messed up a bunch of things i think. so i'd rather start fresh instead of tracing my mistakes. i stopped the vm then hit remove. then i readded it. but it seemed to pick up my initial config even though i removed the vm? how do i cleanly uninstall everything related to the home assistant vm? im guessing removing it doesn't cut it thanks edit: does remove VM + disk do the trick? or are there leftover config files tied to the VM somewhere?
  18. Here is the full output, thanks for any help. # sensors-detect version 3.6.0 # System: Gigabyte Technology Co., Ltd. 19. In terms of the PWM detection and subsequently using auto fan app, I assume there's no driver available for the ITE chip that controls my fans? I'm using a relatively new motherboard (Gigabyte Aorus Pro B560M AX). Do you know if there is any workaround? From sensors-detect below.. Trying family `ITE'... Found unknown chip with ID 0x8689
  20. Is there a solution to this problem? I am running into same thing, cannot detect PWM.
  21. Got it. No big deal on the fans. CPU is most important which looks to work, so all good. Do you mean acpitz - temp 3 is the motherboard temp?
  22. any idea why sys temp is missing mb/fan selection? only shows cpu
  23. Hi all, new user here, just completed my new build and setting up some apps while my drives preclear. I'm not sure why but my temp sensors on dynamix sys temp only shows CPU, no motherboard temp or fan speed. I used nerdpack for Perl. MB is a Aorus Pro B560M. All my case fans are plugged into a PWM fan hub connected to MB sys_fan. Any ideas? Thanks!
