  1. I don't remember now, but your latest ones are running fine again. I've transcoded about 700 movies/TV shows since they came out without an issue. Thanks for the update.
  2. I saw where the docker containers were updated, so I told Unraid to update them. Since then, I have serious instability where the server will hang up and the webUI dies, the nodes start throwing errors about the server not responding, etc. Literally will not work properly again until both the server and the two nodes (server and GTX1080 node on main Unraid box, gtx970 node on a smaller Unraid box) have been restarted. Did not have this issues before the update. Ideas? Thanks Ross
  3. What video card is in the Mac Pro? Your ffmpeg command is calling "hevc_nvenc" encoder and the parameter right after that "rc:v" is the one that says "Unrecognized option" in the error. The Mac Pro has to have an h265/HEVC capable Nvidia card in it with the full nvidia/cuda driver set for this to work. And the older the card, the less HEVC options it can support. I have both a GTX1080 and a GTX970 in two different nodes/machines. The 970 was failing some files that the 1080 was able to process fine. Turns out the 1080 could handle the 4:2:2 chroma files but the 970 could only handle 4:2:0 files. I had to customize the encoder plugin to force all files to 4:2:0 chroma for them both to be able to process the queue. If the Mac Pro does not have a capable Nvidia card, then it's gonna fail any jobs sent to it asking for NVENC encoding.
  4. I'm getting the same thing stuck on "Starting...." I've wiped out all traces of the container and configs and started clean, still happens. No real changes to the docker setup except assigning an IP address and the path to a non-cached share on the array for the Dropbox sync folder. Also, my version is older than the one you show...126.4.4618 sh-4.3# su - nobody nobody@f072e54b0d41:~$ dropbox.py status Starting... nobody@f072e54b0d41:~$ exit logout sh-4.3# ps xafu USER PID %CPU %MEM VSZ RSS TTY STAT START TIME COMMAND root 109 0.0 0.0 18012 3060 pts/0 Ss 14:37 0:00 sh root 128 0.0 0.0 17684 2196 pts/0 R+ 14:41 0:00 \_ ps xafu root 1 0.0 0.0 17884 2848 ? 5. I just enabled NFS on the Mac Pro (duh) and those mounts work just fine with UD. Since it's a temporary thing, it's not important. As long as I can get through the next few weeks while I purchase a few 10TB drives and move everything.
  6. There are no special characters in the password. Just upper/lower/numbers. Sorry, should have specified that. I tried different user credentials with a super simple password and it fails too. Also tried Allow "EVERYONE" read/write access. Restarting both file sharing and the machine itself (Mac Pro) Connecting to the shares on my MacBook Pro and my Windows 11 gaming PC works fine. That being said, my Ubuntu machine doesn't want to connect to the shares either. I had never tried from it, but doesn't seem like Linux wants to talk to the Mac Pro's SMB sharing fully. My LibreELEC/Kodi system will browse the SMB shares when added though. Any ideas? Thanks Ross
  7. Total newbie to Unraid here...just installed last night. I installed this plugin on the recommendation of Space Invader One's videos and it's helped me understand a few things, but I'm running into an issue I can't quite figure out. I currently have Plex Media Server/Sonarr/Radarr/Tautulli on my Mac Pro connected to some RAID5 arrays in a 24-bay chassis. I want to slowly move away from the separate hardware RAID setups to a single, expandable one on Unraid. I'm trying to move my current configs for the above services to the Docker containers on the Unraid box, but until I purchase the drives I need to begin the "musical chairs" of the data/drives from the Areca card to the Unraid array...I want to get the docker versions of PMS and all to be able to access the media files still on the Mac Pro. I've added the SMB shares to UD on the Unraid box...and when adding them I can query the list of shares, etc. But when I click the MOUNT button, it errors out: Aug 26 11:47:39 UnRAID unassigned.devices: Mount SMB share '//MACPRO/PrimaryRAID' using SMB default protocol. Aug 26 11:47:39 UnRAID unassigned.devices: Mount SMB command: /sbin/mount -t 'cifs' -o rw,noserverino,nounix,iocharset=utf8,file_mode=0777,dir_mode=0777,uid=99,gid=100,credentials='/tmp/unassigned.devices/credentials_PrimaryRAID' '//MACPRO/PrimaryRAID' '/mnt/remotes/MACPRO_PrimaryRAID' Aug 26 11:47:39 UnRAID kernel: CIFS: Attempting to mount //MACPRO/PrimaryRAID Aug 26 11:47:40 UnRAID kernel: CIFS: Status code returned 0xc000006d STATUS_LOGON_FAILURE Aug 26 11:47:40 UnRAID kernel: CIFS: VFS: \\MACPRO Send error in SessSetup = -13 Aug 26 11:47:40 UnRAID kernel: CIFS: VFS: cifs_mount failed w/return code = -13 Aug 26 11:47:40 UnRAID unassigned.devices: Mount of '//MACPRO/PrimaryRAID' failed: 'mount error(13): Permission denied Refer to the mount.cifs(8) manual page (e.g. man mount.cifs) and kernel log messages (dmesg) '. Should there be a credentials file created at the /tmp/unassigned.devices/credentials_PrimaryRAID location? All I see there is this: root@UnRAID:/tmp/unassigned.devices# ls -lah total 12K drwxrwx--- 4 root root 140 Aug 26 14:03 ./ drwxrwxrwt 12 root root 260 Aug 26 14:02 ../ -rwxrwx--- 1 root root 560 Aug 25 21:00 add-smb-extra* drwxrwx--- 2 root root 120 Aug 25 22:59 config/ -rwxrwx--- 1 root root 181 Aug 25 21:00 remove-smb-extra* drwxrwxrwx 2 root root 40 Aug 25 21:00 scripts/ -rw-rw-rw- 1 root root 1 Aug 25 21:00 smb-settings.conf I'm sure I'm missing something here, but still very new to Unraid. Once I get this solved, I have an Ubuntu box with 27 Docker containers I want to eventually migrate over...but one step at a time. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks Ross
