Just a quick return from my personal testing. I make my cache pool with zfs with two nvme drive. I use 8 x 10To zfs for the array. I use a last nvme drive for cache and log on this array. I have a usb key mount in the array on disk1 After that I make an userscript, this one start every time the array start. On this script I put : import zpool tank Mount -R /mnt/tank /mnt/disk1 And everything works perfectly disk1 show my zfs array and mover works great. Can't wait to install docker containers. Windows 11 VM works perfectly with gpu pass-through. Thanks again every developer for the time and the work. If u need the real script or if u have any questions I'm here.

for now zfs in the array work only disk by disk so you will need parity drive if it's still like that. Mirror RaidZ1 etc works only on pool for now. or i didn't manage to make it work. i can't find setting for ZFS cache too

Thanks for taking so much time to answer me, i think only the step 1 is missing i already dump my vbios with spaceinvader video. i will told you if that work when i'm back to home. For your step 4 i have two GPU the first one a GTX 1080Ti and the second one my RX580 8Go so i think you right with IOMMU. i copy past my xml with an edit of this post tomorrow. for sure don't worries thanks for your time and helping me and if i break something for sure that my fault lol in France we say if u break something on a computer that because the problem is between the seat and the keyboard lol Just to be sure i make a backup of my macos.img on my array @ghost82 i already have this kext "MCEReporterDisabler.kext" this is the good one ? i keep it and add the "AppleMCEReporterDisabler.kext" or deleted the original one and adding the one you give me ? So after changing everything the XML doesn't past the few line on the startup i just put back the XML from just before changing with yours and the vm boot correctly if u have any idea but don't worries if this doesn't change performance i will keep the current xml

thanks i'm not a beginner at all with hackintosh lol only with xml and hackintosh vm on unraid. i will make it in few minute hours with propertree. i don't know how properly assign 5 cores 10 threads but i think this is already my configuration. let me try lol i will try again if i miss something it's really not a big deal
