when i try to shut down or reboot the process hangs and i get the log spammed stating that it can't unmount mnt/cache. all my containers stop but then it just keeps repeating the attached error message. after about 20 or so minutes it will finally continue. but it is alway dirty and wants to parity check the next time it starts up. any help figuring out what this is and how to correct? i am on 7.3.2. enterprise-d-diagnostics-20260823-1918.zip

hello all, I am getting regular error messages in my log. screenshot below. mostly with 00:1a.0, occasionally with 00:6a.0. these are my samsung 990 pro 2tb mirrored cache drives. i have updated my gigabyte B660M DS3H DDR4 mobo to latest firmware and updated both samsung drives to latest firmware. Can someone help me troubleshoot. this is somewhat recent, i am guessing in the last monthish. i have run several extended smart tests on both drives with no errors. on unraid 7.3.2. i would appreciate any help on this. thank you.

I was looking to exclude a specific folder from the mover. I do not see this option any more. is there any way to do this?

sorry im new to this... when you say something wrong with the stack do you mean the actual compose file i am using?

i am using the docker compose plugin to run the lublogger container. whenever i update stack i get the above error and it leaves and orphan image. any idea why this happens or how i can correct? please and thank you, i appreciate any help!

another container is on 5800 and i can reach it fine. i passed the jdownloader through to deluge vpn and have the port mapped from 5800 to 5801 in that container... i do this exact same thing for another container, but it isnt working with this one...

i did not change it. i try to reach it on 5800. i am passing it through to binhex deluge VPN. i haven't had this issue before though which is weird?

i ended up rebooting the server twice and now it is reflecting the correct size? not sure why i had to reboot twice more.

tried a scrub and even full balance and convert to raid1 (even though it already says its a raid1). no dice still shows 1.5tb as total. any other ideas?

i have two 1tb ssds in raid 1 mirror for my cache. one of them took a dump. just replaced that one with a brand new 1tb ssd. the size is reporting as 1.5 TB even though the used/free adds up to about 1TB. whats going on?

i figured it out. it was in the tailscale ACLs. for anyone with the same issue. it is the 'check period' where you must reauthenticate. it is defaulted to 12 hours. you can extend that or, what i did is change "action" from "check" to "accept" to not need to authenticate again.

i ended up setting up tailscale between the two machines. my goal using the user scripts plugin in is to RSYNC every morning a couple folders from my main machine to by remote machine for backup. the problem i am running into is the script runs but then fails saying i need to authenticate tailscale SSH. i authenticate then it runs. how can i have it set so it doesnt need to authenticate every day?

i am trying to stop my array. this always happens it cant unmount on of my disks /mnt/depot this is a pool where my HA vm lives. can someone help me troubleshoot? thank you! ened up finding a reddit post with something simlar. was able to unmount with the below. maybe this helps me troubleshoot?

i actually use tailscale as well. i just wanted to get it up and running in pure wireguard.

thank you. i watched that video but it seems like it is setting up the unraid machine as the instance. i want it to connect to another instance as a peer. i would like all traffic from this unraid machine to tunnel through wireguard to my opnsense machine. edit*** i think i got it working. i am just playing with everything to make sure that all data from the unraid server goes through the wireguard tunnel.

hello all, i recently cobbled together a second unraid machine for remote backup. my plan is to place this machine at my relatives house so i can back up important files to it from my local main unraid machine. i have wireguard instance running on my opnsense firewall box. i currently have wireguard running on my android phone and it works perfectly to connect to my opnsense and pretty much act like i am on home wifi all the time. i would like to connect my backup unraid machine to my wireguard instance on my opnsense so that all data goes through the wireguard tunnel to my home network. can someone walk me through this using the integrated wireguard function in settings. i would like to set this up working at my house to verify everything works then bring it over to my relatives and basically plug it in and assume it is good to go. let me know if there are is any other info that is required.

so in the "excluded folders/files" i just type "binhex-shared" no quotes?

i use appdata backup plugin to back up my containers appdata folders. i am getting the following error when it runs: can someone help me correct this? thank you!
