  1. I'm not using Plex. I don't know what time mover is set to run. How do I find that out and change it if necessary? Edit: It looks like Mover is specifically for systems with a cache drive. I'm not using a cache drive. Will that cause issues?
  2. Its the server itself that becomes accessible, and it only lasts a few minutes, (and fixes itself without any action from me) and that's what causes the buffering not the other way around. The server is a very low power CPU (old HP microserver with Turion CPU), but I've been running it for about a year and this problem only appeared in the last few month or two. I have the diagnostics zip, what should I upload? It contans a lot of files.
  3. It looks like this has fixed it. It's weird I had to do this in Sonarr but didn't in Radarr. But it is working now, and that's what matters thanks!
  4. if I'm watching anything at around 3AM it'll buffer, and the server will become inaccessible for some minutes. This sometimes only happens once, but can happen multiple times. Is there some maintenance going on at hours the server thinks no one will be active, and how to change that time? Or is there another cause?
  5. I'll try that. I dont have that box at the top checked, and radarr doesnt need it - i have radarr and sonarr set the same way so I assumed it would be fine. does the chown Group need any contents or can it be left empty? What does 100 mean here?
  6. One thing I often do is share folders that have been added with sonarra, using resilio sync on my main pc, and that requires the creation of a .sync folder and its contents. But without the permissions set properly, this doesnt work so its a very regular problem and I have to run the docker safe permissions tool very often.
  7. I've had a problem with this app for many months. It works perfectly, except when it create a new folder. Every folder it creates when importing shows has restrictive permissions, and I have to use Docker Safe - New Permissions to reset permissions. I have to this every single time sonarr adds a new tv show, and it's only when creating folders through sonarr. Is there a way to avoid having to do this?
  8. I wasnt able to access the server long enough to run that. But the problem seems to be solved- it looks like it was a router /networking issue after the power cut. The router didnt come online properly, the DHCP server wasnt working properly and wasnt managing connection to the unraid server properly. It's weird that it only affected the unraid server. But today the router was fully off, and after a reboot everything on the network and the unraid server seems to be okay. I'll keep an eye on it.
  9. I had an unannounced power cut last night for 20 minutes. Since then, I cant reliably access the unraid GUI. When I first boot up it was on the wrong IP address (192.168.1.107) so I went into settings and set a static IP address (192.168.1.102) which all my software and mapped drives are setup to work with. Since then I havent been able to get into the server GUI. Sometimes the GUI comes up, but only for a second or two then shows the Unable To Connect error message. Mapped drives similarly work only long enough to open folders, and only sometimes, but usually windos 10 reports an an error while reconnecting to the mapped drive. I have never worked with unraid or linux-based systems and have no idea how to go about getting my server back.
  10. Thank you! I hadn't seen that section. I am confused by the golden text: "This only works if the user running Radarr is the owner of the file. It's better to ensure the download client sets the permissions properly." Isn't this making the download client set permissions properly? What does the first sentence mean?
  11. I should have included logs, you're right. I was just making new debug logs when I found the source of the error and it's a weird one to me. But I also found another problem. So the old problem: it seems Sonarr wont import episodes that dont match the quality you have set in the show. I had it set to 720/1080p, but was testing with SD files, and they weren't being imported. But even the manual importing method didnt work, which used to work with sonarr v2, so I didn't consider that till i scanned the log file. So Sonarr is actually working correctly! But I discovered there's something up with Radarr's permissions. I though the sample movie I downloaded to test worked properly, until I went to delete it and couldn't. How do you fix a permissions issue like this? I know I could use the docker safe permissions tool on a case-by-case basis, but how to fix it for new files going forward?
  12. There isnt one. There's no indication that it has failed. I have to look in the share folders to see that the file hasnt moved (and of course the show data in sonarr doesn't change).
  13. SAB is downloading files properly, but sonarr is not moving or renaming them. I am aware the most common issue is that the two downloads entries must be identical and mine are. I have downloads and TV in the same share. I have permissions set in SAB to 777. I have renaming enabled in Sonar, and categories/folders set up in SAB. I have seen the Docker FAQ - though maybe I've missed something. I'm at a loss to figure out where I am going wrong. Radarr is working properly. Please, please show me where I am going wrong. Here are my relevant settings. I'm using the linuxserver docker. Sonarr: /downloads/mnt/user/Media/Downloads/ /config/mnt/user/appdata/sonarr /dev/rtc/dev/rtc /tv/mnt/user/Media/TV/ SABnzbd: /downloads/mnt/user/Media/Downloads/ /incomplete-downloads/mnt/user/Media/Downloads/incomplete/ /config/mnt/user/appdata/sabnzbd Share is called Media, and had the following subfolders: Downloads --> complete, incomplete, tv, movies TV -> Mine, Mom, Kids Movies -> Mine, Mom, Kids (Capitalisation show is that on the shares) In SAB, folders are set as: Temporary: incomplete-downloads Completed: downloads Permissions: 777 Categories: indexer is left blank, and folder exactly matches case and spelling of the folder tv: tv movies: movies Sonarr has a lot of settings, but I havent changed many. Renaming is set to on. Downloads work, but do not move. Any ideas? Also, Wanted importing doesnt work in Sonarr either. I cant use Sonarr to rename the files.
