  1. So after researching, I decided that I want to buy a Corsair HX Series. I am not yet sure if it should be the 750i or the 850i. I could get both of them for literally the same price, so that doesnt matter. I was doing some math but i would really like a second opinion. 24 Sata-Ports at 2 Ampere each = 48 Ampere (The 4TB Reds actually peak at 1.75 Ampere, but i want to calculate conservatively) 2 AOC-SASLP-MV8 Cards ~ 6 Ampere (Cant find any official numbers, read in another thread here that the M1015 draw 3 Amp, so i just guessed here) MB + CPU ~ 3 Ampere (Again, I am only guessing, was mentioned in this other thread) Fans ~ 1 Ampere Total of 58 Ampere. The 750W has 62.5 Ampere on the 12V Rail while the 850W 70.8 Ampere. While i would rather go with the 750W in terms of efficiency, the 850W has more headroom. Are my calculations correct or realistic? Which PSU would you recommend?
  2. It's definitely a nice list, but it was last edited in April 2011. I figured times and recommendations have changed since :-)
  3. Smdion, thanks for your dockers!!! Could you make the HTPCManager docker switchable, so that we can use hellowlol´s fork if we want to? Cheers
  4. Hi, i remember that a userscript exists, which outputs the disks content into a text file. I just cant find it.... Any help finding it would be appreciated Merry Christmas to all who celebrate it
  5. Could anyone please write a database upgrade how-to from Gotham to Helix. I am unsure what to do with my existing mysql database. Export ?Delete mysql db? Start helix docker ?Reimport? Oh, and thanks for this docker! [emoji1]
  6. Nobody can recommend me any PSUs?
  7. Sounds really cool! Will definitely give this a go. Thanks!
  8. Hi, I need some help and suggestions for a new PSU please. I want to upgrade my Server with 4 X-Case 5-in-3 Harddisk Caddies. Each unit takes 2 Molex plugs. So I either buy Y-Splitters or try the below mentioned method. I have 10 HDDs at the moment and one SSD. I am ultimately looking at 20 HDDs in the end, so please bear in mind that the PSU should have enough power for 20 HDDs + 1 SSD + about 4 CaseFans (120mm) A modular PSU would make cablemanagement a lot easier and as user Squid pointed out in another thread, he asked antec for just the Molex modular cables and they mailed him the cables free of charge. That would of course be very sweet, since i will never use the sata power cables and GPU power cable. Suggestions? My Serverparts are in my signature
  9. I *think* it should be enough to stop the Docker image then copy it to where you want it and then add the new location in the Dockerman plugin and start the Docker image.
  10. Please tell us what you did in order to get it running. Might be useful for others [emoji1]
  11. Works like a charm and is soo helpful! Thanks!
  12. I had a problem and needed to start with a fresh docker image. Upon reinstalling the syncthing docker fresh, i got the in app update function back. Just updated succesfully to the newest version. All good
  13. Totally forgot yesterday that the dockerMan plugin stores your my-xxxx templates for each docker. That along with the configs stored in seperate folders from the docker.img brought all my dockers back in less then half an hour! Thanks again for this awesome plugin!!! I love unRAID even more now I guess my error came from the full docker image. There are some threads reporting about this problem in the defect reports subforum.
  14. I tried something: Since the error message talks about "no space left on device" i checked with "df -h" and got this: root@conchulio:/mnt# df -h Filesystem Size Used Avail Use% Mounted on /dev/loop8 10G 8.9G 16K 100% /var/lib/docker so obviously there is not enough free space. I then stopped docker, made a copy of my docker.img to docker.img.bak and set the size for the docker.img to 15GB and hit start. Now i get this: root@conchulio:/mnt# df -h Filesystem Size Used Avail Use% Mounted on /dev/loop8 15G 8.9G 5.0G 64% /var/lib/docker So i should have enough space left now, BUT it is still showing me just the few dockers and this is in the log: Nov 17 22:59:11 conchulio php: /etc/rc.d/rc.docker stop Nov 17 22:59:11 conchulio php: stopping docker ... Nov 17 23:01:06 conchulio php: Nov 17 23:01:21 conchulio kernel: docker0: port 1(vetha7dc) entered forwarding state So the question now is, do i have to reinstall and reconfigure all the dockers that did not autostart and seem to be gone? Edit: I can now connect to Plex just fine, as the log shows, it started succesfully. But the missing dockers are not showing up..... Edit2: Still the same behaviour after a reboot. Fresh Syslog But since all the configs for each docker are stored outside the docker.img, would it be enough to start with a fresh docker.img, redownload all my dockers and just point them to the respective config folders. I would image, that all the apps are then properly configured, right?
  15. Ok, if i understand you correct, by stopping docker and then starting it again, it should get back to normal? I just tried that and i am still getting the same error: Nov 17 22:54:06 conchulio php: /etc/rc.d/rc.docker stop Nov 17 22:54:06 conchulio php: stopping docker ... 16. My docker share is on an ssd mounted and shared via snap outside of the array. I dont see the sharename under my shares and i did quite a few reboots before this one without any failures.
  17. Hi, I was watching a plex stream and it stopped, i tried to see whats up and found nothing suspisious. Stopped the Plex Docker, tried to restart it via DockerMan but it didnt start. Restarted unRAID clean via the Web-UI and upon restart i saw that most of my dockers are not shown in DockerMan. 18. After reading your post with switching to the binhex docker, i just switched too. But i am still getting the odd behaviour that i can only get an succesful announce after i stop and start the docker via the dockerman plugin. Strange...Did you change anything?
  19. Sorry to bring up this old thread but i think the update routine of syncthing has changed. I remember being shown an icon while beeing on the syncthing page that an update is available. Clicking this icon updated the docker just fine. Now i dont get that icon anymore and therfore cant update syncthing which is running v.0.9.18. The current version is v.0.10.5. Can anyone confirm this issue? Solutions?
  20. Thank you! Sounds very interesting! Will definitely try this out! [emoji1]
