  1. Hello, I went to mass update a few Docker containers and it completely bombed out on them. Now none of them will start, and if I try force update they all give me "Error: open /var/lib/docker/tmp/GetImageBlob777644061: read-only file system". Different blob names obviously. Any ideas on how to recover? One of them is Plex so I REALLY don't want to have to recreate it. Thanks!

  2. So the test completed fine:

    # 1  Extended offline    Completed without error       00%     18588         -

So... what do I do to recover this sucker? Do I just need to reformat it or something?

  4. So I had a drive that appeared to go south on me. Swapped it out with a new one and rebuilt the array, but since I had an open slot I put the old drive in intending to try and see if it was really bad. Since I haven't been paying attention I didn't realize that preclear is screwy right now (or so I gather). When I try and use Unassigned Devices I get this:

    bad superblock on /dev/sdb1

The drive shows as xfs and really all I want to do is format and stress test it. What's a good option to do that with now?

  5. So I upgraded to the latest unRaid stable, and was futzing around with my Docker images and checked for updates.  They all say they need an update but when I try and do it I get the following after it pulls the image: "Error: layers from manifest don't match image configuration".  I don't know what I did wrong (I assume it was my fault somewhere) but now I'm stuck unable to perform any upgrades.  Normally I'd shrug it off and try to start over but I've got a pretty massive Plex config in there that I really, really don't want to lose.  Any suggestions?

    Thanks,

    Paul

  6. I'm having a lot of problems with Plex from the limetech repository.  Every time I go into the console it says there's an update available but checking the Docker container doesn't show one.  Streaming to my Rokus and XBox One has stopped working, through other devices like my iPads are ok.  I can move to a different repository and a different version but man do I NOT want to lose all my customizations, etc;  Is there a way to make that not happen?  Or a way to fix the existing?

  7. Hey all, running 6.1.7 and had no problems for months.  Havern't done anything but keep my Docker packages up to date :)  Today I was having issues with SAB and hit the check for updates button in the Docker console and ended up with a bunch of lines like this:

Warning: array_key_exists() expects parameter 2 to be array, null given in /usr/local/emhttp/plugins/dynamix.docker.manager/include/DockerClient.php on line 340

Sooo... things like Plex seem to be running but I can't do any management of the Docker containers.  I thought about rebooting, but before I do I wanted to see if anyone has better advice?

  8. I see a lot of people doing Win10, but I would like to create my home lab DC on KVM and then use a different server as my ESX host with all the test VMs.  Does anyone have any tips for a Server 2012 install?

  9. The old drives were 4.5, new drives are latest 6.1 release.  When I try to delete or rename files that were copies over from my Windows machine with a UNC mapping I get permission denied and that they are owned by either "root" or "nobody".  If I try and manipulate files that I copied over from say a Windows machine I have no problems.  This probably isn't specific to the plugin and I can move the question over to 6.1 support if you would rather.

  10. So I'm using this to manually migrate all my disks from my old crashed server to my new one.  I mount the drive one at a time, then go into Midnight Commander and copy them all over to a new drive.  Problem is permissions on them when they are copied over seems to be screwy.  Is there a better way to do this?  And is there are easy way to fix the perms on everything I copied over?

  11. My old unRaid 4.5 system went down last month with what appeared to be a controller failure (http://lime-technology.com/forum/index.php?topic=45801.0).  I got my new one completed and have been trying to copy the data off the drives manually to the new system.  I've got an external enclosure and am using a Win10 system with YAReG to view the partitions.  Some of the drives (Seagates) have shown up just fine.  The rest of the ones I've tried so far though show up as unallocated space in disk manager and YAReG doesn't show them at all.  So far every one of those is a Samsung HD240UI :(  Thing is I've got at least 12 of those in the old array so... I'm getting nervous that the first four haven't seemed to show anything.  Does anyone have any ideas what the hell could be going on?  Is there a better way to do this?
