Delete the pool and start over. So far, there haven't been any problems. I've implemented a script that runs "zpool scrub cache" every hour in hopes of achieving better results.

This problem came up again today.

I discovered that the issue could be resolved by creating a new cache pool with a different name than the previous one. The original cache pool was named 'cache'. I created a new one called 'new_cache', and this seemed to solve the problem.

Today, I encountered an issue where my Unraid server became unresponsive. I couldn't access the web interface or any of the services I had set up. As a result, I restarted the server via command line by entering echo "b" > /proc/sysrq-trigger. However, after rebooting, my cache ZFS pool remained stuck on 'Mounting disks...' and wouldn't complete the boot process. I had no choice but to boot into safe mode and attempt to recreate the Cache pool, but this didn't resolve the issue. Each time I start the array, I receive an 'Unmountable: Unsupported or no file system' error, and I'm prompted to format the disk. Despite following these instructions, I am still unable to create a functional setup and continue to receive the 'Unmountable: Unsupported or no file system' error. unraid-diagnostics-20240123-1147.zip
