  1. For what it's worth, while the standard email response to any inquiry to Support might say up to 48 hours, in truth our response time worst case averages up to about 3 hours 24 hours a day. The goal is one hour response. Majority of tickets are handled within an hour ish. Licensing (ie: key transfers) are the priority tickets. For what its worth, our support department is staffed 365 days a year. This includes the major holidays. EG: If you email support because your server needs a license transfer on Christmas day you will get a replacement that day. By and large, the automated system for transferring does work well for 99% of the users, and further improvements are also in the works.
  2. Hi there, First thing to check is that the date & time is correct within Settings - Date & Time. If it's off significantly, then give it NTP servers. If that doesn't fix you up then from another computer can you click that link and then save the resulting file within /config onto the flash drive. (Delete any other existing .key files that may be present) After a reboot you should be good to go. Thanks, Andrew
  3. You will need to run the filesystem check against disk #1 https://wiki.unraid.net/Check_Disk_Filesystems
  4. From your diagnostics, you're running a 10th Gen Intel (10400) There's a quirk with the motherboards for the 10th Gen where the motherboard manufacturers all decided to effectively do a significant overclock on the CPUs out of the box without any user intervention. Namely, they would set the TDP of the CPUs to be "Auto", and instead of setting it to TDP of the CPU installed (what you would think it would do), auto in this case meant unlimited or 4096 Watts. In your case, the CPU is 65Watt. The rather extreme auto setting that the motherboard is using has the effect of an overclock because it overrides the internal settings on single core turbo boost, effectively allowing all 12 cores to run full tilt all the time with no regard to the temperatures internally. Even with the best cooling available this has the effect of introducing big instability into any system. See this post https://forums.unraid.net/topic/100360-z490-multi-core-enhancement/#comment-926134, watch the video and then change the TDP within the BIOS to 65Watt. Limetech support has seen this issue several times. All Overclocks introduce instability.
  5. Limetech's goal is to reply to all support requests 24/7/365 (including Weekends and Holidays) within one hour. One hour is the goal (and the current average) but worst case scenario is a couple of hours at most In your case, check that the date & time is correct on your server (Settings - Date and Time Settings), and if you're still having issues manually download the key by clicking the link on another system and then save the file within /config on the flash drive (delete any other .key files which may be present). After a reboot you should be good to go. Andrew
  6. Replied to your email to Support, but is SSH enabled? If yes, reply back with your diagnostics
  7. Activation codes are single use only. After using it once you then have to manage the .key file (the optional MyServers plugin is ideal for this). You can always contact support with a copy & paste (no screenshots) of what appears within Tools - Registration for further assistance
  8. Only Moderators and Administrators are able to "recommend" any given post. You can always send a mod / admin a PM with the particular post URL.(Note that personally I do not read any PM due to how the work flow works), but you can also "report" the post in question. The "Report" would probably be the easiest thing to do
  9. Thanks Guys. Once every one wakes up we'll get on this...
  10. Thanks. I've tried that and every time you change it to macvlan it will automatically change it back to ipvlan. I've raised an internal bug report, and a fix will be forth-coming
  11. What is the exact message that is appearing?
  12. @ManuelR already handled this for you. The keyfile should already be in your inbox
  13. You should now have access to the MyServers section. (May need to log out and back in)
  14. email support and include a copy & paste (no screenshots) of what appears within Tools - Registration
  15. If you contact support (https://unraid.net/contact) We can tell you exactly why it's been blacklisted. Most common cause though would be that you transferred away from that flash drive previously and instead of using the flash drive that you transferred to you elected to continue to use the original flash drive. All transfers blacklist the original drive.
  16. @bonienl Any thoughts you might have here? I'm assuming that @Smakodak has rebooted already.
  17. You should post your diagnostics. And, since it doesn't seem obviously answered in this thread, since you're not seeing a VMs tab in the menu bar, the VM service is disabled in Settings VM Settings
  18. If you email support https://unraid.net/contact we can retrieve your license for you
  19. I see that you emailed support and @ManuelR replied to you. Are you still having issues?
  20. Try changing your DNS server to 208.67.222.222 and 208.67.220.220 instead of using your router. Settings - Network Settings
