    Off topic IMHO. People looking for external 5.25 bays aren't interested in internal 3.5 bays.

    Thanks for your reply. One other question that will save me some testing time, are block devices in the array mapped by GUID? Or in other words, can I move devices to other PHY's, or to an external enclosure and the array will be indifferent? Thanks J

    Any reason the above RAID card wouldn't work with unraid? You can switch it to JBOD operation at the controller level and it functions like any other HBA as far as I can tell. Many thanks J
