  1. Fix common issues said that the output of mcelog has been loggeg. It told me to throw my diagnostics up here on the forums. Anyone want to throw a bit of help my way? unraid-diagnostics-20250625-1342.zip
  2. Pretty suddenly I saw that both of my parity discs [sdk] and [sdm] were disabled and I did not know why. In addition several drives started showing errors. I saw something about doing a restart and grabbing the diagnostic information. After reviewing it, it didn't seem like there were any problems with the drives themselves that I could see, but in fairness I'm still very new at diagnosing these problems. Any help to figure out what's going on and what I should do to fix this would be greatly appreciated. diagnostics-20231220-2333.zip
  3. In addition to the above issue, I've noticed that all of my shares are not write protected? So I can't add anything to them from my windows network shares. (Forgive me if the terminology is wrong)
  4. So recently I've been having issues with my docker where it would more or less crash over night. I would restart my machine in the morning and it would more or less work until the next day. All of the drives seemed fine, the containers seemed fine, and nothing else I could figure out really fixed the issue. Eventually I just tried completely wiping the docker image and starting over. Since then after starting the containers for about an hour or two after they would suddenly stop responding. I couldn't look at logs or do anything with them. Attached is my diagnostics any help is greatly appreciated. frozenunraid-diagnostics-20230720-1859.zip
  5. Here's the diagnostics. Thanks for continuing to assist. frozenunraid-diagnostics-20230707-1833.zip
  6. I've replaced the power supply, so now no more than 4 discs are attached to any individual psu cable. I'm still getting the same issue shown in the gif to start with where if I select it to replace a drive it disappears. frozenunraid-syslog-20230707-2051.zip
  7. I've got a handful of them, they haven't caused any issues in the past. I'm mostly running off of consumer hardware.
  8. Hello I've been having issues with this harddrive for ages since I've tried adding it to my system. It would be replacing an old drive and nothing I do seems to work. If I try formatting it through normal methods it crashes with the following system logs. While this is not my system the exact same problem happens whenever I try to add the drive. In addition whenever I try to run a smart test I don't get anything going. It just grey's out the opposite (ie if you run short it grey's extended, and vice versa) and then the test button I pressed immediately returns to say "start" after flashing "stop" for a fraction of a second. I've gotten a sort of example using the smartctl -x /dev/sdf command And that was the result. I've tried multiple ports, this cable had been in use for ages with no issues before. I don't have any spare cables on hand and would have to purchase new ones in order to test. Any help would be greatly appreciated, I don't want to waste this drive. formatting - syslog-20230701-1941.zip frozenunraid-diagnostics-20230701-1456.zip
