Cache drive, but I fixed it by deleting the codec directory and restarting plex server.

After latest update, I have noticed transcodes of shows longer than 30 min fail with a few minutes remaining in the video. How can I revert to the previous version, or is there a new update that can be pushed that fixes the issue?

How can you add an icon to a command line installed docker like this one, that doesnt have a webpage for configuration?

I installed using the Sacretagent-needo docker listed above, and apparently its using that new one. this is in my config.ini file it created. Push changes to GITHub or rollback to Master release" the one annoying thing is this: -I want it to download new books from my authors. -I enabled download new books so as the author info is refreshed, and a new book is announced, it will mark as wanted. -now, when I add a new author, it marks ALL their books as wanted, instead of upcoming ones. -So, to add a new author, i have to disable auto-add new books, then add the author, then re-enable the auto-add feature. then go through and mark the books I want that that were in the catalog of their books already. another quirk is I have to enable "keep all files" otherwise it throws errors saying it cant finish post processing since there are still files remaining. It wont put a copy in the autoadd folder when that happens, even though it moves one to the library. one other thing I wish I could figure out, is to tell it to ignore .mp3's or audiobooks when searching for books. It won't add them to the library, but it will snatch and download them, leaving them in the download folder, and not searching for the epub.

I just installed Lazy Librarian a week ago and it was working. I somehow messed it up by adding 20000 wanted books, and so i deleted everything and reinstalled. It now gives an error "Error fetching authorid: undefined entity: line 51, column 36" and doesnt populate the author information. I have only one author in it now, and its not working. Also, When installing using the EDGE=1 option, I cant connect to the homepage. So I have to use the installer without -e EDGE=1 option, and it says I am 334 commits behind. any ideas? EDIT: I was able to get it working again, and import author information without the Line 51 error message. These are the steps I used. 1 telnet into tower as root 2 enter command "docker pull sacretagent/needo-lazylibrarian" 3 enter command "docker run -d --net="bridge" --name="lazylibrarian" -v /mnt/user/appdata/lazylibrarian:/config -v /mnt/user/downloads/books/lazy/autoadd:/autoadd -v /mnt/user/downloads/books/lazy/downloads:/downloads -v /mnt/user/downloads/books/lazy:/lazy -v /mnt/user/downloads/books/lazy/library:/books -v /etc/localtime:/etc/localtime:ro -e EDGE=1 -p 5299:5299 sacretagent/needo-lazylibrarian" 4 goto //tower ip address:5299 and setup the folders in each config page. you will want to change the /mnt/user/downloads/books/lazy parts, to what you want them to be. I keep lazy in my download folder, since I have Calibre set to watch /autoadd for my permanent library. EDIT - now I need to figure out how to add an icon for Lazylibrarian to my /tower/docker page. EDIT- if you get an error in your log saying it cant open a webpage when you search, you might have your api and url swapped in search provider settings.

For unraid hole - is there a way to replace the server not found meessage, with a blank page, or perhaps an unraid-hole logo?

RE Transcoding I completely uninstalled madsonic, and deleted my madsonic config folder. after re-installing from scratch its working, no modifications necessary. I must have messed something up before.

Madsonic Transcoding When I try to limit the bitrate for my iSub player, it just sends the original file instead of transcoding to a lower rate. I have the following error message. Failed to transcode SongName. Using original In the status page I also see this warning. "WARNING no transcoder found!" How can I install a transcoder? EDIT** I googled ffmpeg, and downloaded the linux static build from https://www.ffmpeg.org/download.html#build-linux copied it into my /config/transcode folder (also went into the docker edit page, and added /usr/bin/ffmpeg, pointing it to my /config/transcode folder as well - not sure if needed to do that or not) then i ran the following in a terminal window: docker exec - it binhex-madsonic chmod -R 755 /usr/bin (or you could do /config i guess) I next ran docker exec -it binhex-madsonic ./config/transcode/ffmpeg a whole little block of text generated by ffmpeg appeared, and now the status button in Madsonic says I which transcoder is installed. I tested it and my mp3s were transcoded down to 128 when using the iSub app on my phone! Now, I dont know if it will persist past a reboot. the transcode files will likely be there still, but i bet I will have to run the ./config/transcode/ffmpeg command again.

How are the files required for transcoding loaded? I can import .flac and have them converted to .mp3 while being imported, but when I try to downsample a mp3 when streaming, it says transcode error, sending original file instead. I have music as 320kb stored, but I am trying to stream as 128kp.

Figured it out, updated to latest .jar file for Ubooquity. Just copied it from the link that pops up when you load the Ubooquity admin page, and pasted the .jar in the appdata/ubooquity folder. new settings then appeared upon reboot.

I have a new unraid server running 6, and an old one running 5. My new server currently just has a single 4tb data drive, and a 500gb cache. I dont care about saving parity, or plugins, since I am switching to using Docker. Just transferring the data from the old to the new server, then having sick / couch sort through them again. If I simply put the old drives in the new server, select my old parity as the parity drive in the new server, will that work? what about shares that are named the same, will there be any conflict?

Looking to migrate my server to new hardware. I was wondering how well this part list would do? Its going into a 12bay lian li, currently fitted with two 5x3 istarusa trayless HD cages. i7-4790 Asrock Z97 Extreme6 Mobo Corsair Vengeance 16B 2x8gb DDR3 1600 SeaSonic S12G 650W psu Samsung 850 Evo 500GB SSD for cache and Windows VM Plus a mixture of WD red green and black drives from my current server. As they die, I will migrate towards red. Parity is a 4TB red. Buying a 3TB Red to go with the SSd, so I can test the new server plugins before migrating other drives over. It will run Unraid, plex, sick/sab, couchpotato, dropbox, calibre docker, Windows 7 desktop VM... Planning on onboard video. My one thought was perhaps using a Xeon, but it seems that the Mobos that support ECC are more expensive than the cost diff between the i7 and xeon. Plus with just 2 sticks of ram it shouldn't be an issue. I am nervous about switching from Asus to Asrock. Thoughts or ideas on this setup before I purchase?

when I install the new drive, will this command work? nohup mv /mnt/Tivo/individualTVshow/ /mnt/diskX/individualTVshow & will that command work to move a tv show from spread across all disks to one disk? or does it just work using /mnt/disk1/tivo/individualTVshow/* /mnt/diskX/tivo & Thanks again!

Hi, I just want to make sure I understand shares correctly. For pyTivo, I have two shares \\tower\tivo .. followed by \show\season \\tower\movies .. followed by \moviename share level is at 1 for movies, and 2 for tivo. Will these settings accomplish the following? let \tivo\shows be put on any disk, but keep individual seasons of the shows on one disk. let movies be spread across all disks, but keep individual movie folders all on one disk for the content in each movie folder. what would happen if I set the Tivo share to 3? Also, my server is filling up, and I might upgrade to the $119 version. If i do so and add a drive, if I manually cut \tivo\show\seasonx from the share and manually paste it into \diskX\tivo\show\seasonx, will that pull it from where it is over all the disks, and make it stay on the new disk, where diskX is the new disk? Thanks, I got a little confused reading the unofficial manual, for its example it first says put a share level of 3 for tv, then it says use share level 1 or 2 right after that, for the same thing.
