  1. I was able to get the webui working by adding another port mapping @Braulio Dias Ribeiro Im getting permission issues today with this container. Going to look into it
  2. I just had an issue with the Hermes-Agent from the template by martial. I cannot find the official support thread for that one. I wonder if this one is better? I hit an issue with the Hermes Agent Unraid template where the container would start and then immediately die with errors like: /opt/hermes/docker/stage2-hook.sh: not found No module named hermes_cli.container_boot /opt/hermes/docker/main-wrapper.sh: not found The issue ended up being the hermes_shared_volume docker named volume mounted to /opt/hermes. The template intentionally uses a shared docker volume for /opt/hermes, but mine had stale/broken contents, so it was masking the actual application files from the image. Fix was: bash docker stop Hermes-Agent docker rm Hermes-Agent docker volume rm hermes_shared_volume Then recreate the container from the Unraid template. The volume gets repopulated correctly from the image on first boot and Hermes starts normally again.
  3. I have also experienced the same problem but I am unsure of why this is happening too. I am on Unraid 7.1 and still having this problem. I have tried a bunch of different parameters in ollama and thats not helping at all. Im considering a rollback of ollama version to see if that will help? It used to work fine.
  4. I used a m.2 PCIE expansion board - and it appears to be working fine now without issue. Will see if it stays stable over time. I was checking the temp in the past and it wasnt getting very high.
  5. Should a M.2 sata add in board potentially fix the issue? Less expensive than a new motherboard and related components.
  6. So there is nothing I can do from a software point of view? Do you think its just hardware?
  7. Thanks @JorgeB - I have tried that too. I had a samsung in there and now I have a crucial NVME. Not too keen to buy another one.
  8. Hi all, I’m running into a frustrating issue with my Unraid box and hoping for some advice or insight. I am consistently getting the following kernel errors when the system is under heavy load (in particular, running Ollama and an AI model seems to trigger it): nvme nvme0: controller is down; will reset: CSTS=0xffffffff, PCI_STATUS=0x10 nvme nvme0: Does your device have a faulty power saving mode enabled? nvme nvme0: Try "nvme_core.default_ps_max_latency_us=0 pcie_aspm=off pcie_port_pm=off" and report a bug I/O error, dev nvme0n1, sector XXXX op READ/WRITE XFS (nvme0n1p1): log I/O error -5 XFS (nvme0n1p1): Filesystem has been shut down due to log error (0x2). I have already tried the suggested kernel parameters to disable power saving modes: nvme_core.default_ps_max_latency_us=0 pcie_aspm=off pcie_port_pm=off Additionally, I have changed both the motherboard and the NVMe drive itself, yet the issue still persists in the same way. The only thing that seems to correlate with the failures is heavy load, particularly when Ollama and AI models are running. However, nothing in the Ollama logs looks unusual (just normal request processing, then unexpected EOF right when the crash happens). time=2025-05-02T00:59:47.165Z level=DEBUG source=sched.go:409 msg="context for request finished" time=2025-05-02T00:59:47.165Z level=DEBUG source=sched.go:341 msg="runner with non-zero duration has gone idle, adding timer" ... unexpected EOF Summary of what I’ve tried so far: Changed motherboard Changed NVMe drive Upgraded my BIOS Applied nvme_core.default_ps_max_latency_us=0 pcie_aspm=off pcie_port_pm=off kernel parameters Verified no obvious errors from Ollama side besides normal shutdown / EOF after the drive failure At this point, I’m wondering if: There could still be some PCIe power management issue at the BIOS level? Where do I look for this? There is a compatibility issue with Unraid + my hardware + heavy I/O + AI workloads? Something else (PSU/power stability, memory/cpu, or NVMe firmware bug)? Has anyone seen similar NVMe controller resets triggered under load despite having disabled the power saving options? Any advice would be greatly appreciated — I’m running out of ideas. What other logs can I provide?
  9. I am having the same problem but havent been able to find any fixes for this. I dont think its power save as this happens when the NVME drive is under load.
  10. Im really interested in this too but I dont think there are any updates.
  11. This is in your host bios?
  12. This time I got an error report when trying to install the driver. |ERROR|Something went wrong while converting string to pci identifier |ERROR|Something went wrong while loading "DisplayDevice" |ERROR|Something went wrong while loading device |ERROR|Something went wrong while creating device. Guid = "4d36e96c-e325-11ce-bfc1-08002be10318" My CPU is an intel i7700k so maybe a little old? Looks like I need a 10th gen or newer. I thought having resizable bar was optional.
  13. There is a new driver released yesterday on the stable channel. 4032. This doesnt work for me either https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/download/726609/intel-arc-iris-xe-graphics-whql-windows.html?
  14. I cant get passthough to work either. I have nomachine on the VM and can connect to it but it fails to install the driver. Its a bit hard to operate as in this mode the resolution is 640x480 It doesnt show up on the monitor at all, I have also tried display port and hdmi. I get error 43. My other GPU works for passthough in this machine fine. I also tried windows 10 and now 11 but same problem. The card is not the primary when booting (in bios) and I am using the inbuilt GPU for that.
  15. Thanks for the v rising image. Tested the settings files and it works great! Had some fun last night playing with mates.
  16. Thanks for that! I will test tomorrow.
  17. I thought these are the templates and should be copied and modified to the correct location?
  18. In regards to configuring it, do we put the ServerHostSettings.json and ServerGameSettings.json in the Settings folder in the root of the share? https://github.com/StunlockStudios/vrising-dedicated-server-instructions
