Nvidia P400 Fails Plex after upgrading to unRaid 7.2.3
@ConnerVT thanks for the update. I was fairly certain that there was a way to automatically update the driver.

Nvidia P400 Fails Plex after upgrading to unRaid 7.2.3
That’s a “my bad” ;-) I thought that there was an automatic updates feature, but I am not seeing one anywhere. If I happen to find one, I will post something here. v/r Jon

Nvidia P400 Fails Plex after upgrading to unRaid 7.2.3
I had the exact same issue and can verify that downgrading your driver fixes the issue. Make sure you disable automatic updates of NVidia driver.

[Plug-In] SNMP
I am not a programmer by any means, but here is something that I threw together. Feel free to merge this in if you can get it to work with the plugin. networkinfo.sh

Docker Service will not start on reboot
Every time I reboot my unRAID 7.0.1 server, the Docker service refuses to start (see screenshot capture.png). If I go to settings, Docker, the service is set to enabled, but it isn't running (see screenshot capture2.png). I can get it to run by disabling the service and then re-enabling the service. This has been going on for awhile now but is really only a nuisance. I was hoping a future upgrade would fix it, but so far that has not happened. I have also attached a recent diagnostics dump. v/r Jon unraid-1-diagnostics-20250409-0729.zip

After upgrading to v7, I cannot connect to VM's via vlc or spice.
@SimonF thanks for the suggestion! Clearing all of the cookies for the site appears to have fixed the issue for both VNC and SPICE.

After upgrading to v7, I cannot connect to VM's via vlc or spice.
Both VLC and Spice worked fine for VM connections, prior to v7. After upgrading, neither of them are working. There are no errors either, just a blank box where the screen usually is. I turned on the debug logs in Spice and get this: WebSocket error: Can't connect to websocket on URL: wss://192.168.100.69/wsproxy/5900/ [object Event] WebSocket error: Can't connect to websocket on URL: wss://192.168.100.69/wsproxy/5900/ [object Event] WebSocket error: Can't connect to websocket on URL: wss://192.168.100.69/wsproxy/5900/ [object Event] This makes it look like a browser issue, but as I mentioned, both worked fine before the upgrade. There have been no changes to the browser. I tried a couple of different systems too, and have the same issue on all of them. Any chance that v7 has implemented a firewall, and somehow rules to allow vlc or spice were overlooked?

How slow can you go?
After upgrading to Unraid OS 7 RC, access to Unraid has slowed to a crawl. It takes minutes for web pages to load and file copies via scp, that used to take minutes, is now taking hours. Has anyone else seen this behavior? I will attempt to do a support dump, but I am expecting that to take multiple hours at this rate. If it helps, I originally upgraded to RC1 (this is where I first saw the issue) and then upgraded top RC2 hoping there was a fix for this. Before upgrading, I was running OS6.12 and did not have any of these issues. None of the h/w or the configuration has changed. Only upgrading the OS. Surprise, the diagnostics dump was fast! unraid-1-diagnostics-20241220-1155.zip This was so bad I really couldn't use Unraid (I have a Urbackup file I NEED to download to restore some data and it is so slow it continuously times-out and the transfer fails). Hoping that going back to OS6 would fix this, I down-graded. Unfortunately (I guess depending on your perspective) this did NOT fix the issue. Even trying to ssh into the system takes over a minute! I am at a lose to explain why this is happening, as I never had these issues yo to the point where I upgraded to OS 7 RC1.

MS Windows Server 2025 and runaway System Interrupts
I had to rebuild my lab recently, so I took the opportunity to upgrade all of my servers to Microsoft Server 2025 Datacenter. Each VM has 4 CPUs pinned to it, 32GB of RAM, and plenty of disk space. The latest drivers have been installed as well. However, they are basically useless the System Interrupts are consuming over 90% of the system resources. I have tried re-installing the drivers, but this has not fixed anything. Does anyone happen to have any thoughts on this, or better, a solution? v/r Jon

[Plugin] FolderView
Ended up uninstalling, re-installing, and re-creating everything.

[Plugin] FolderView
Hello, I am running unraid 6.12.13. Recently, Folder View has pretty much quit working for me. On the Docker tab, only 1 folder out of 10 is displaying. All of the docker apps are listed, but they are not grouped into the folders I had created. On the VMS tab, neither of the 2 folders I had created are displayed, but all of the VMS are present. If I go to //Settings/User Utilities/Folder View/Open File Manager/ I see the docker.json and vm.json config files, so I now they did not get deleted. I tried to reboot the unraid server, but that did not fix the issue. Also, if I try to create a new folder, most of the options are not available. Any Ideas? Jon

[Support] HomeAssistant_inabox
Found it!

[Support] HomeAssistant_inabox
So I am looking at the XML config for the VM, but I am not seeing a line with nvram in it. Where would I find this?

I have this same issue...

[Plug-In] SNMP
I have no issues with Unraid's SNMP support. I am using v2c in my environment. To verify that it is working as expected, I am running this command against it: snmpwalk -v2c -c public <unraid server's ip address>

[Plugin] CA Fix Common Problems
Odd... I just had to reboot, and this time when it came up, the Fix Common Problems App started working.

[Plugin] CA Fix Common Problems
Unfortunately, I have rebooted a couple of times, and it still isn't working for me.

[Plugin] CA Fix Common Problems
Recently, I have had a problem with the Fix Common Problems app. When I try to run it, all I get is the "Scanning..."pop-up, but the progress never increments. The only way to get rid of the pop-up is by pressing the Esc key.

[PLUG-IN] NerdTools
So I went ahead and reinstalled it, and then turned it off and hit apply, and this time it is showing as uninstalled. Not sure why it was still showing installed the last time (unless I forgot to click on aply after turning it off)?

[PLUG-IN] NerdTools
Is there a way to uninstall specific NerdTools? Its easy to turn it off, but I don't see a way to uninstall them.

Docker Issues while upgrading
So I read somewhere that if I log into Docker with my account before trying the upgrades, that fixes the issues (sometimes). Unfortunately, it does not fix my issue. Currently, I have 4 CA Apps that need to be updated. I select them all and then select upgrade. The system acts like its upgrading them and 15 minutes later, I see the "Done" prompt. When I select it, everything refreshes and then the system tells me that the same 4 apps still need to be updated. I would really appreciate it if someone could tell me how to fix this issue.

Docker Issues while upgrading
The last month or so, I have been having issues while trying to upgrade docker images. Sometimes the updates go fine without issues, but other times, some dockers will not upgrade and I get an error about too many pulls in a 24 hour period. Then the troubling issue is that sometimes the update process will start running, delete the docker image and then stop because of the error above. Wheb this happens, I end up with multiple Docker image orphans as shown in the attached screenshot. Any ideas how I can get rid of the docker errors (short of upgrading my account to the professional level)? More importantly, is there a way I can setup Unraid so it first checks to see if it can pull down the latest upgrade before it deletes anything? v/r Jon

AVX2 Support
Are there any plans to add AVX2 support to VM's?

[Support] for atribe's repo Docker images
How do you create Influx tokens? According to the influx docs, this is done from the cli via the influxctl command, but that executable does not exist in the docker image. Is there an alternate way of generating tokens in this docker image?
