  1. Hi. Total noob here. I just purchased a new license (order # 20250427b61bf) and I'm able to boot up to the GUI, but I'm getting the error "Registration key / USB Flash GUID mismatch". My NAS has been in storage for two years. I just brought it back up. I couldn't get it to boot properly, so, following GROK's suggestions, I purchased a new USB thumbdrive, did a bit-level copy from the old thumbdrive to the new one, copied the /config directory from the old one to the new one. I then purchased the new license for $109, ran the install to the new USB drive, ran the make_bootable.bat file. The original license (on the old USB thumbdrive) was purchased under the name STEVEN JOSEPH PHOTO, and the new license on the new thumbdrive was purchased under the name STEVEN FOGARTY. It now boots into the GUI but the START array button is grayed out because "Invalid, missing or expired registration key." Help? Thank you. Vegas Noob
  2. Howdy. I'd like to hire someone who can remotely set up a fully functioning public-facing video / photo server so that my family can watch / view / download family videos and photos, but they can also upload some of their own. Any recommendations? Here's the specs of my machine. Thank you. Steve Fogarty [email protected]
