Solutions

  1. Ciri's post in On Unraid boot reverse proxy shows gateway error unless Docker is disabled and then renabled was marked as the answer   
    Just to follow up on this, I believe I have resolved this.
     
    The new hardware is slower than the old server.
    It appears that for some reason, with no logs saying so, the reverse proxies need to be started after the applications.
     
    I have moved the reverse proxies to start after everything else and it appears to be resolved.
