  1. Many updates for both atm10 and atm10tts came up, did something happen to the maintainer?
  2. Thanks for the info. got some overenthusiastic friends who can't help but click away as soon as they see an update pop up on their ftb launcher, then nag me about why my server's not updated yet. Let's hope they'll learn to not update their clients before i notify them that the server's up to date...
  3. For my own information, how long does it take on average when they release a new version of atm10/atm10tts before these dockers are updated?
  4. Well, for those who noticed that paper was gone from the MineOS profile list, here's what i did. i went to the github link and copied the script content in chrissi19121985's post in the issue called PaperMC API update notice #560 then i opened up a console to my mineos, ls into usr/games/minecraft/profiles.d nano papertemplate.js and replace everything in there with the script you copied. exit and save the changes to the file, restart the container, and paper is back in the profiles. Also, it doesn't work because the library is in @libraries/net/neoforged/neoforge/--whatever version you use now--/unix_args.txt
  5. Well, a little update, apparently there was a few things that weren't needed at all in how i did things. really, the only commands needed, on a freshly made container ( of course works on your current one too ) : apt-get update apt-get upgrade apt-get install openjdk-XX-jdk replace XX with the version of java you want to add, and after it's done, use update-alternatives --config java to make sure it's installed, and to select the version of java you want MineOS to use by default. after that, can always just use java -version to make sure it's running the correct version. I restarted the container after that just in case and ran the java -version line to be sure it stuck.
  6. before restarting it? Well, the fact that it was installed at all was a good sign... now i don't know if i absolutely needed to restart the container, but i didn't take any chances. And as a small update, to this day everything still works fine on my end. Able to run 1.21.1 without issues as well. I wish we'd get a real update to the container itself though, or that a replacement to MineOS could surface and work easily. I tried crafty-4, but working with modpacks and custom servers felt even more complex than what i grew used to in MineOS.
  7. easier to just zip up your old world, put it in the import folder and just import it in mineos UI instead. it copies the files over with appropriate permissions and you won't have to worry about any permission mayhem.
  8. Yes i am, i have a vanilla 1.20.6 server running just fine ever since. Now i'm sure i must have forgotten something, but so far it's not giving me any trouble.
  9. With Minecraft now using java 21, how do i go about adding it to MineOS again? i know i did it in the past to re-add java 8 after the update to 17, but i completely forgot how to do so. i thought it was as simple as just doing pkg install openjdk21 in console, but clearly i'm missing a few steps, as it can't find anything. *EDIT* i've figured it out. in mineos console, apt-get update apt-get install software-properties-common choose yes apt-get update apt-get install openjdk-21-jdk choose yes java -version when it's done to make sure it worked, then restart container.
  10. This worked!. thanks.
  11. Hello all, i've updated my server to 6.12 when it came out to stable branch. Since then, my log has given me a warning that it was getting full. this is the recurrent entries that get spammed hundreds of times. kernel: pcieport 0000:00:03.1: AER: Corrected error received: 0000:09:00.0 kernel: nvidia 0000:09:00.0: PCIe Bus Error: severity=Corrected, type=Physical Layer, (Receiver ID) kernel: nvidia 0000:09:00.0: device [10de:1c30] error status/mask=00000001/0000a000 kernel: nvidia 0000:09:00.0: [ 0] RxErr Just to make sure, i've attached my diagnostics files. It also coincides with the release of Nvidia's production branch driver v535.54.03 Not exactly sure what causes it. Thanks for the help! define-r6-diagnostics-20230616-2052.zip
