one of two parity drives along with disk 7 disabled
So, I have two drives that disabled at the same time. one of the two parity drives in a 24 drive array and disk 7. Both the drives are new and passed SMART test. Should I swap the drives with new ones and can I do that at the same time? or, should I replace the parity drive first then disk7 or vice versa!? What is the proper method for making the array healthy in this scenario. thanks

Cache Drive reached 100% never moves data to array.
We have a windows VM running acronis to backup other servers and workstations. should we not use a cache drive for this purpose? The VM has a 60TB volume for storing data. The VM is unresponsive due to the cache drive reaching 100% and not moving the data to the array. As you've stated, I suspect this is just a misunderstanding of cache drives and the settings.

Cache Drive reached 100% never moves data to array.
I have a 256GB nvme cache drive that reaches 100% and never moves the data to the array. What are the common reasons for this? steps to troubleshoot? cheers.
