Solutions

  1. dremeier's post in your flash drive is corrupted or offline was marked as the answer
yes, it pops up right after boot.
But I got a new Key file for a new usb drive. Now all seems to be fine.
  2. dremeier's post in unraid 6.11 problem with VMs and virbr0, no IP to external and noVNC was marked as the answer
    I solved the Problem:
Shutting down the unraid server and edit the USB-Stick in a windows machine.
Removed the file /config/network-rules.cfg and edit the file /config/network.cfg to default values:
    # Generated network settings USE_DHCP="yes" IPADDR= NETMASK= GATEWAY= BONDING="yes" BRIDGING="yes"
Now the routing of virbr0 is working as it should and noVNC is working as well.
