I'm having exactly the same issue but sadly I don't even know which is the go file or what do you mean by "Unraid download zip"... Could you please help me?

They already contacted me and I got a new key file but I'm stuck getting the same error. I have both tried to copy the new key file to the /config folder and I have also tried to copy/paste the url onto tools/registration menu I have always recommended Unraid to friends but after this kind of issue (and the price increase) I might end up recommending them something else as HexOS

I'm suffering exactly the same issue, hopefully I will get contacted soon. I have done this process in the past and it wasn't as annoying
