After further troubleshooting the issue appears to be with a cable or network hub.

The server network connection slows / drops out intermittently after a power outage, (unclean shutdown). The web UI , Dockers, VM's are freezing / lockup intermittently . The power was lost approximately 2 hours prior to the restart on Nov 21 23:10:16. Diagnostic logs attached thank you in advance. tower-diagnostics-20231122-0849.zip

The faults seem to happen intermittently. Eventfully the dockers and VM disconnect. I had issues with my cache drive recently and removed it, so everything is running on the array currently. The issue occurred prior to removing the cache drive also.
