  1. What have you done so far? What video card are you using? Make sure: 1) put all required parameters in the plex image container of your choice. ( recommend LSIO ) 2) Use plexpass version of plex 3) Have a plexpass subscription or memebership 4) don't copy and paste parameters from forum. (hand type or copy and paste to a notepad program first) 5) check HW transcoding box in your plex settings.
  2. 440.36 also list the P2200 Click on supported devices tab in the link below. https://www.nvidia.com/Download/driverResults.aspx/154997/en-us
  3. Turn off any piHole if you have anything like that. That was my culprit.
  4. 440.36 Still list the P2000 https://www.nvidia.com/Download/driverResults.aspx/154997/en-us
  5. I cannot thank you enough. This docker is so much cheaper than hard drives. I posted my Before and After of a few TV Show directories. This is insane. I was nervous that I was seeing things, but I checked and the quality and audio is still all there. Unbelievable. I already had HEVC of some episodes so some directories were't as much improvement. But some were tremendous. I also want to give a nod to Nvidia GPU support. I won't ask for an ETA, but I am very interested in that being supported. Just throwing my vote in the bucket for a feature request. You need to convert this from beta to GM so you can ethically accept donations. If not, I am sending something your way wether you like it or not. LOL.
  6. He post "It's Up" on this thread every time he/they put it up. Subscribe to this thread.
  7. I converted the folder for 2 TV shows without any issue. About 600 episodes. I then pointed to one of my movie folders and I had some failures right of the bat and every so often after that. I turned on debugging and the only error I was getting on my failures is something about Height and resolution. What we be a course of action for those issues. Get a different copy of that file or just know that unManic won't tough that one? x265 [error]: Picture height must be an integer multiple of the specified chroma subsampling [libx265 @ 0x558295526880] Cannot open libx265 encoder. Error initializing output stream 0:1 -- Error while opening encoder for output stream #0:1 - maybe incorrect parameters such as bit_rate, rate, width or height Conversion failed!
  8. Is this still active? I was watching one of SpaceInvaders's videos and he was using an app called File2Folder which no longer exist. This script would be great. I would love to rename all my folders to the movie that is inside them. I used FileBot to rename all my movies to "Movie (YEAR).aaa". Making the folders match would make my radarr and plex so much happier.
  9. Please don't jump my a$$ for this. I read all 46 pages of this thread and it taught me a lot of information and I can't remember all of it. I know it was talked about and asked somewhere in here. I see there is a somewhat newer Handbrake container in the CA store by djaydev which has paths for GPU info. I would love to offload my h265 transcoding to the GPU. Can you pass the same GPU to multiple dockers successfully? Or at least point me to the post where it is discussed.
  10. It was a separate thing. You only need to remove it if you added it to the User Scripts Plugin. Plex did encoding already. So decoding of the video and transcoding of the audio was still done by the CPU. The script passed the task of video decoding to the GPU. Leaving only audio to the CPU. Thus, script no longer needed. If you never added the script to the script plugin, have a great day. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  11. Plex now supports decoding natively. Yes you need the nVidia OS. You don’t need the script to activate decoding if you have Plex 1.17. EDIT: you need the OS to utilize a GPU with a Docker. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  12. I may have interpreted that wrong but the whole reason for Nextcloud is to add folders and files to it. Use the desktop app to sync and drop that “Phone Photos” folder in your Nextcloud directory. Put desktop app on other computers and sync that folder. You can connect to desktop app with local LAN IP. You will just have a red X on your connection when not at home. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  13. Even though not related, I love how ironically this is the last comment now. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  14. Default? I never whitelisted it. No CA problems here. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  15. This my setup. I just have three libraries. Feel free to make more if you need. You also need to verify each libraries path in the plex GUI. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  16. Sadly, I had to end up dumping my appdata folder and starting fresh with the nico640 docker. Worked fine for a few days, then log size and update issues persisted.
  17. Thanks for your opinion. I am leaning towards the 4770 direction just so I don’t have to change so much hardware and also buy RAM. I just don’t want to be back in the same boat in 2 years. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  18. Changed motherboard for a friend and he had same issue. Route table was jacked up. Deleted network.cfg file and rebooted. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  19. FYI -- Household and devices are still mac and iDevices. I am migrating away from iTunes so I don't have to use AppleTV app. Been testing Catalina and the ability to use Home Users in Plex segregates our watch history and Plex is straight forward for consumption.
  20. Quick current hardware rundown and problem: AsRock z97 Extreme4 / i3-4160 / 16GB DDR3 I used to have my Plex paths pointed to my iTunes media folders because all devices and household was Mac or iDevice. Plex ran smoothly with no video card due to all the files being 1080 or 720 .mp4. New problem. I automated my life by switching to using radarr/sonarr via NZBget and these new file types and codecs started to hammer my CPU. So I purchased a Quadro P2000 which took a lot of work off the CPU when nvdec and nvenc is utilized and the whole system cooled down a lot. Now I see a good bit a CPU usage when NZVget is unpacking a season of files or certain larger files, encoding high bit audio, and when minecraft is being hit hard. Which is understandable for just an i3-4160. Now the question of direction. 1) Keep current mobo and memory (possibly add more) and AsRock has confirmed on the spec sheet the use of an i7-4770k with this mobo. Bigeest and fastest CPU they confirmed on their list. Unsure if any other work. (~$350-$400) 2) Stay in the 115#/TR4 socket area because of water cooler socket compatibility. Get something like an AsRock Phantom/Faitality 6 with DDR4 memory and either a Threadripper 1950x or i7 8th gen? Somewhere in that neighborhood of hardware. (~$500-$600) Either direction will still utilize the Quadro P2000. I am asking because I have been out of the hardware game since my current setup was purchased. Only hardware I've bought has been drives since then. I am not familiar with generations and differences in that much detail. No VM's. Just Plex, nextCloud, MineOS, NZB, OMBI, Tautulli. Thanks
  21. Same here, my docker size was creeping about 1 % every 2 days. I just upgraded UNMS to 0.14 and instantly got a notification that Docker size returned to normal. See my previous post.
  22. I replaced "oznu/unms" on the edit screen with "Nico640/docker-unms:latest" and I am running clean on 0.14.
  23. Happy Birthday!! Been rockin’ my first license since 2013 but used it for a few years prior when up to 3 drives were free. What started off as an array thrown together with scavenged parts has turned into my additional children that don’t speak. They just sit in the corner and hum.
  24. Quick question.... With the new Time Machine SMB/export settings in the 6.7.0 RC releases, is it safe, recommended, or not recommended to set cache to "Yes" on these shares. I have them currently set to Cache = "No" and restricted to 500Gb each and including only one disk. I am not sure if unRaid treats the TM *.sparsebundle file as a single file or not. Bravo for implementing this feature BTW with the size limit feature. i am now able to disconnect 5 external HDD's around my house. It works flawlessly so far.
