Hi All! I have just purchased a TERRAMASTER D6-320 and connected it via a USB 3.2 card (https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B087G7T234) which is UASP enabled, I am using Unraid via a HP desktop PC, everything looks to be good including transfer speeds however the hard drives are not showing their SMART values in Unraid (including temperatures), I have an internal hard drive and an NVME inside the HP desktop PC and they both show SMART values and temperatures. I have also connected a USB drive into the USB 3.2 card and Unraid shows up the SMART values however, I plugged the TERRAMASTER D6-320 into my Windows PC and ran Crystal Disk Info and the SMART values show up on there so I am unsure why Unraid is not showing these values. I have also tried the Scrutiny and Disk Speed apps on Unraid however the TERRAMASTER D6-320 disks do not show up on there. Is anyone aware of a fix for this? Please let me know if further detail is required.
