  1. Start by posting your diagnostics. Is your server exposed to the internet?
  2. Upgrade from 7.2.4 --> 7.2.6 --> and then to 7.3.0. Both updates went well. Keep up the good work.
  3. For me Vaultwarden (Bitwarden) password manager you can access it with tailscale from mobile devices. Most here are running Plex and/or Jellyfin with a full arr stack for a media server.
  4. By chance do you have modular power supply that you added a power cable too? Modular power supply cables look the same but are pinned different and can destroy drives also. You have to make sure the cables came with the power supply you are using.
  5. Yes use the internal mealie backup. Go to Settings---Admin Settings---Backups (This will appear on the side bar on top left side). Create backup and download. This is the same screen to restore the backup also. I tried to wait for a long time till the versions lined up but it never happened. As long as you have the recipe backup file you should be good. Did you try just removing the ":nightly" from the repository?
  6. I changed to latest awhile back. For some reason I had to backup and download recipe database from mealie. I had to remove the docker fully and then reinstall and remove ":nightly" from the template. Then restore from backup file. Not sure why I couldn't just drop the ":nightly" but you could try this way first.
  7. The only other thing worth mentioning is some newer users have had high USB failure rates due to low quality Nand chips. Since it only uses the key on boot it could still be beneficial for some users. For myself my USB is from 2012 and I have not had any issues so will not be changing how it boots.
  8. If you read the notes you can still boot off an SSD on a computer without TPM. Spaceinvader also touches on this in his video. The only caveat is that you would need to leave the USB plugged in so it can use it for the license portion. You will still get all the performance advantages of booting off an SSD thou.
  9. Thank you for another uneventful Upgrade. Keep up the good work!
  10. I would start with posting diagnostics. Formatting a disk is never recovery option.
  11. Upgraded using Brave browser. No Issues. Keep up the great work! Merry Christmas
  12. I think you still need to add a device in the plex docker template call "/dev/dri". Then select "use hardware acceleration when available" in plex settings.
  13. In the jellyfin docker container setup 1.Add another Path, Port, Variable, Label or Device 2.Add device 3. Name "/dev/dri" 4.Value "/dev/dri" Don't include quotes
  14. One thing that has caught me on a new router is If you are setup unraid as a static IP make sure you setup IP reservation in the router. If you look under attached devices in the router you can see if you have any duplicate IPs.
  15. You could set it up as a static IP in network settings. Also use IP reservation in your router so it assigns your server the same IP everytime while leaving it set as dynamic.
  16. There is a parity swap procedure. This will allow you to use your current parity to replace the bad data drive and use the 24TB as a new parity.
  17. Not sure where you are located but amazon has a fairly large selection of 16 GB sticks
  18. USB 2.0 sticks tend to run cooler and last longer. I'm not too sure about any size limitations.
  19. Update went smoothly. Keep up the great work!
  20. I use the built in tailscale on SWAG container and then point my cloudflare A records to the tailscale ip for SWAG. It generates SSL certs for each docker service and allows me to keep ports closed on my router.
  21. I have used NginxProxyManager from Djoss and it works well. If you just want remote access for a computer or your phone then tailscale does not expose your services to the internet. I currently use SWAG (which is also NGINX) and cloudflare pointing to my tailnet addresses. This keeps my ports on the router closed and still utilizes SSL certs.
  22. Tailscale has been releasing updates at an incredible rate. I would like to see a notification and an easier upgrade path for docker containers. Maybe even show on the docker tab what versions are running. I realize I can edit the template and force an update.
  23. Thanks Jorge this fixed my right up. Thanks again!
  24. Upgraded but now array is stuck at "array starting". How should I proceed? Any help would be apprieciated. tower-diagnostics-20251030-1248.zip
  25. Gragorg posted a topic in Tailscale
I cannot get firefox on IOS to see any of my tailscale addresses. Safari works fine. Any ideas? On another note how or when do docker containers update their tailscale version? Is there any way to force it?
