Ok update for anyone else that has the issue, after deleting everything in the appdata\soulmask folder and re-downloading it all with verification enabled it seems to have fixed it for me. Not sure how or why it managed to download an old version, but all fixed now 😄 -Edit as I posted at the time as ich777- I had set the appdata share to not use the array at all so Mover shouldn't be touching it. Thanks for the quick response though, much appreciated! I really have no idea how it managed to get 0.1.0 hopefully just a once-off hiccup

Hello I am having a small issue with the Soulmask Docker, might just be me as I didn't see it reported since the "Fine, I'll do Soulmask post 😁". I have set everything up as per usual, port forwarding, ran through the variables etc and the game appears perfectly in the in-game browser, it just appears that it's using version 0.1.0 and will not allow me to connect as it's too old. Is there a way I can set it to use the very latest? I have tried restarting the container and verifying my files but no luck so far. I don't see any other newer branches on SteamDB 3017300 either. (only seems to show public) Has anyone got this to work on latest version? (Seems to be 0.1.5 in the server list at time of this post)

Okay I figured it out, go to the Main tab then click this icon under Boot Device. Once in there, go to the wireguard folder and delete the contents. (NOTE: this will remove any VPN configuration you have/had.)

I've just run into the exact same issue. Did you end up finding a fix?

I have an issue where the server is not using all my resources. Basically, I have an i7-8700k 32gb DDR4 3200Mhz and cache is an NVME drive. The docker container is using 16gb ram and 5% of CPU but only getting ~47FPS with 1 player online. (Yes, this is server FPS not client) Are there any tweaks to get this running better? Is it worth using CPU pinning to limit it to 4 threads? (Somewhat suggested here)

Did you stop the container before editing the file then edit then start? It will overwrite your changes if you just restart it.

I opted for a static IP, so now I have a non-natted external IP address. Was not sure if 0.0.0.0 is used as a 'use any interface' option before and the logs indicated it was using IPv6 address at the time. I would but I've already fixed the issue anyway (updated my first post with my fix) I currently have 5 people on the server so no need anymore. The self-test in the server told me the ports were open so I really have no idea why it didn't work originally with the default ports, I'd have expected that test to fail if the ISP were blocking them but it didn't. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ I just know that using alternative ports fixed it for me.

################### RESOLVED ################### Just an FYI for everyone else that may have the same issue I have.. I managed to resolve this by using non-standard ports... very odd but it worked for me. ############################################# I have tried to create a container for Sons Of The Forest, but found it was trying to use IPv6, I got around this by specifying the binding address to the local IPv4 address. I can now see the server in-game when on the same network, but no one else connecting externally can see it. I have tried specifying my external IPv4 address in the binding address but this breaks the server entirely (as expected), all required ports are forwarded, and the container has been given its own IP on the network. The built-in port checker in-game is successful. Any idea on what I could be getting wrong? I've setup many game servers in the past and never had this issue. Even when I connect to a VPN from my PC the server disappears, then re-appears when I disconnect it. I have CG-NAT disabled so I get a real external IP from my router. There are no conflicting port forwards in the router settings. Network Settings Port Forwarding Server Config
