  1. Indeed, did not think of this option. If I connect this USB RAID to an internal USB header, will unRaid allow me to use it as part of the array? The main reason I seek this solution is because my two 4TB HDDs are very noisy when speedy and I thought if replacing them with several 1TB USB sticks connected in a hub. Once again, do you think this solution is viable, and if so, what would be any drawbacks in comparison to the standard HDDs array?
  2. Hello, I have a (not sure if stupid or not) question. Is it possible to use several USB flash drives in a RAID, connected to the SATA3 port (with such cable) on the MoBo and use it instead of the HDD I currently use? Link below to YT vide showing the USB flash drives RAID. Hope this quetions makes sense. Let me know if something like this is possible, even if no parity disk will be available. Thanks!
  3. Could you please send tutorial / instructions on setup?
  4. After checking all cable connections and a couple of reboots the issue has been solved. On another note, I am having troubles starting the Wireguard docker service. It gives me an execution / server error (scrn attached). Any ideas about what might be causing this?
  5. Hello, I have an array of 2 HDD and 1 SSD (which serves as a cache drive). After a reboot, the cache drive is not recognized by unraid and therefore cannot be started along with the other 2 HDDs. All of my docker app data is set as cache preferred and for that reason all of my docker apps went gone. I attached the diagnostics file. What do I do? Thanks in advance! tower-diagnostics-20230109-1757.zip
  6. Dear members, Problem: cannot login to unraid GUI Cause: changed the tower.local port from 80 to 5000 (wanted to free port 80 for nginx), Use SSL - No Result: after trying to login to the GUI (input username and password on the http://tower.local:5000/login page) there is just a page refresh and the login page shows again, does not enter the GUI Any help is appreciated.
  7. This actually worked! Once I ran the server, I updated to 6.11 via the web interface and once I reboot, it ran the same issue. So v6.10.3 will it be. Any idea if this would fix with the next version update? Or maybe it is hardware limitation? Thanks for the great support!
  8. Thank you. Tried it, still no result, same error.
  9. Any tips on how to bind them? I got Ununtu installed already.
  10. Did the steps as outlined in the topic you provided. Is there a way to double-check that?
  11. Yes, it does. Freezes on the same screen (last three rows about i915 init).
  12. Yes, tried both options (with / without GUI), tried also both Safe Mode options (with / without GUI), got the same result each time.
  13. Tried three different flash drives, used three different USB port (both 2.0 and 3.0), blacklisted i915 both in /boot/config/modprobe.d/i915.conf and in /etc/modprobe.d/blacklist.conf and still got the same results. Even removed the WIndows 10 (replaced it w/ Ubuntu). Anyone got other ideas to try?
  14. This also did not help...any other ideas? I seriously have no idea what the issue might be atm
