  1. I have 8 drives total. 2 Parity. The way my stuff has been running... all my shares that had any important data on them, were all on one drive. I have not needed more than 12tb of storage yet, and I haven't done much with the thing except store files. I'm not too network savvy with Docker and all that. All these drives are HGST HC520 12tb from GoHardDrive on eBay, with a few years of their 5yr warranty remaining. They said I can ship the drives back, but i need to know if I'm going to have to use some data recovery service first.... I will if I have to. This thing has the last few years of pictures and data backed up to it, and anything not done on my iphone, is not backed up anywhere else. Like pics from my DSLR camera, etc etc. Anyways.... I noticed I wasn't able to access my network share on my Windows PC a couple months ago. Didn't think much of it. I forgot about it and left everything as is. Probably a month after that happened, and this was over a month ago now I think, I logged into the Unraid and see Parity X and Drive 3 (where all my stuff is stored) has a red circle. So I shut it off and left it at that.... I just finally got around to opening up the rig and unplugging those 2 drive serial numbers that I took a pic of when they errored, and found A THIRD ONE DEAD. They all click. One of them I was JUST able to get going long enough that I downloaded the smart data from it via Unraid just a few minutes ago. That is attached here, along with my main Diag log. tower-diagnostics-20260801-2134.zip tower-smart-20260801-1925.zip
