    To this date this is still working. I had the same issue and turning off both Fast Boot options in BIOS fixed it. Now I don't have to worry about it booting up after a power outage (if longer than UPS backup).

    IE 11 and Firefox for work, Brave for mobile and personal stuff. Chrome on the laptop for my wife due to instant translate features cause some people don't speak English... But I vote for Brave. Cause I'm fed up with ads.
