  1. What is your ISP connection? Cable, ADSL? and if its Cabel, do you have a Modem or a bridget router? Is your IP IPv4 or IPv6? If its v6 then you have a problem with Plex. Read the Plex-forum for setting on IPv6. If its a bridget router than you have maybe a double NAT problem. If you go into plex/web media manager Settings/Server/Network There is a checkbox for "Enable Server Support for IPV6" - if you need it.
  2. Difficult to say because i dont know your router make. If other portforwardings on your router are working, do so with plex as well. Take a look at the router-manual as well. Protocol for Plex is TCP only - so you dont need "both". It depends really on the router - my ipfire need a firewall-setting from my WAN-IP to the Plex-Server to get it work - that means, its different on other routers.
  3. Check the port forwarding on your router again - port 32400 is all you need. If your router supports Geoblocking (like my IPFire) then you have to open the proper region as well. Double NAT is only an issue if you have a router from your ISP plus your own router behind. In this case, Plex is not working.
  4. Thanks bonienl for the quick fix.
  5. Thats an example - i need numbers greater than 99min
  6. Tried to set this to 105min but cant... The filed is limited to 99min. Can the developer change this to put in larger number than 99min? Thanks in advance
  7. I have the CA Auto Update Application installed and active but if the updates come in a close window (within few hours) i must do it by hand...
  8. Can someone explain me, why the hell this plugin needs "every" day 2-3 updates??? OMG! I am not amused! Are you kidding me???
  9. Thats why i use a cable from the internal MB-connector to the USB-Stick - its flexible and cant hurt the connector on the Mainboard - and never used the external USBs - because of this "problem"
  10. Good to know
  11. Ok then i will buy a DTSE9 with 16GB for spare - my Lexar Firefly is working well but you never know...
  12. Is the Kingston DTSE9 reliable? Have you ever had troubles with it?
  13. This recommended Stick-List is terrible old Lexar FireFly... EOL Sony MicroVault Tiny ... EOL SanDisk Cruzer Fit ... from 2011 but still available Lexar JumpDrive ... hmmm, which one? Most of them have only 2 years warranty and bad reviews... The most important thing is: The stick must have a GUID and at least 5 years warranty. I would test a SanDisk Ultra Fit V2 because the V1 had problems with the USB-Controller and gets hot - then dies. And beware the Size: Not larger than 32GB - as far as i know.
  14. I do these checks every 3 months because they take a long time and need much energy. It takes around 12 hours with single-parity. If there is something with the Cables or HDDs, i always do a check after fixing all problems.
  15. I had this problem as well in the past, as i upgraded my RAM from 8 to 16GB and the settings vm.dirty_background_ratio 1 vm.dirty_ratio 2 fixed this problem, so it should be a default for systems with more than 8GB RAM.
  16. Ok thanks - then i will download the modified version and see what happens
  17. Just a small question: When i start the script, i get this error: /usr/local/sbin/mdcmd: line 11: echo: write error: Invalid argument I have installed the script on my flash-drive like suggested Thanks for your help EDIT: After finishing the Test i got a parameter which is not present in v6.3.5: md_write_limit - It seems its an old parameter form previous version(s)
  18. So the best way would be ZFS - but does unraid support it?
  19. lol - i never realised that this plugin can also update Dockers - Thanks Squid
  20. How can i set a Docker to Auto-Update???
  21. Ah ok - didnt know that - thanks for this hint
  22. Can some of the Defs explain, why this docker needs every day an update, somtimes two on one day?
