    Tried to purchase Norco 4224 and "Your email address is not valid for redemption of promo code BTEXSXW47." Chat and phone call later. Both reps told me to pound sand. They would offer $30 off (7.5% discount vs 15% promo discount.) Very disappointed that Newegg didn't show a little more customer service to a very loyal customer and refuse to make a sale!
