  1. Issue: Old working VM with IOMMU group passthrough causes Unraid OS to hang after upgrading from 7.0.0 to 7.1.4. Info: After upgrade Unraid to 7.1.4 system became unaccessible, to drill down and find root cause I found that "Falisafe GUI mode" was the way to access Unraid again. Everything works until I start one specific VM, this VM is normally configured in autostart mode. The difference between this VM compared to other is that it have two PCIe devices as resources. Whitout the PCIe devices VM starts not causing any issues, but with these PCIe devices Unraid seems to hang immediately when starting VM. Unraid stops responding to ping and Unraid VNC-console on server freezes. Tried to recreate VM and reboot several times but didn't find any solution, after downgrading to 7.0.0 it works again without any issues. tower-diagnostics-20250820-2315.zip
  2. I was able to get around this, I just needed to restart Unraid USB creator. But the big problem is that I Unraid still doesn´t work after downgrading. I did create a new USB with version 6.12.13 and copied the config directory from old USB to new USB.
  3. Several years with Unraid an no issues when upgrading, but after upgrading to 6.12.14 I have access GUI and no containers or VM´s boot. SSH works, tried to boot to GUI but no success. Ended up recreating USB, but no my usb shows up as "blacklisted". This USB have been used for several years. I also tested another USB I have laying around with same result. Any suggestions how to solve this? Do I need to get a new USB, and if that's the case which one should I buy?
  4. Did you manage to solve this? I'm getting the same error even after made changes above. I have also tried the Mosquito container, but it also have som kind of permission error. I haven expected these kind of issues before with any container.
