  1. So just to clarify you’re thinking it’s something up with the mobo that results in unraid going unresponsive and ultimately the pc is rebooting because of it? Not one of the drives?
  2. It is on a UPS and BIOS is not set to power on after a power restore. The server rebooted itself.
  3. Rebooted again this morning halfway through parity check and now one of the parity drives went to disabled status sydneycarton-diagnostics-20250408-0555.zip
  4. Yes the realtek is being used, the onboard intel was giving the errors and causing me to lose connection all the time
  5. I just got this ehternet card a few months back because the port on my mobo died. I felt like maybe those errors were a result of the OS not recognizing it correctly during some kind of panic it was having? Idk
  6. Having some weird behavior on my server since early this morning. Last night at some point my server rebooted and when it came back up both parity drives showed as disabled. I stopped my array, unassigned the parities, started my array, stopped again, re-assigned them, started array and let the parity check get going. After 5% was complete I noticed the GUI went unresponsive and my terminal window connected to my server was giving some funky errors. Luckily I was able to use "parity.check Pause" and then "powerdown -r" successfully. When the server came back up and I logged in it said my flash drive was corrupt. I don't think that's especially likely since I just replaced my flash drive a few months ago but fine, I downloaded a backup and then powered down and changed the USB port just in case that would help. Powered back up, started the array, and the name of the server had reset to "Tower" but all other prefs are unchanged, array assignments still intact, parity check progress is even remembered. No error about the flash drive either. I changed the name back and started the array back up. I am jumpy now that something is wrong. Attaching diags to see if anyone could take a look and see if there is stuff indicative of issues. I've also got logs from the flash drive from the reboots I've done this morning sydneycarton-diagnostics-20250407-1121.zip sydneycarton-diagnostics-20250407-1020.zip sydneycarton-diagnostics-20250407-1115.zip
  7. I did run a memtest and all was fine. I will scrub the pool. The NIC is the mobo integrated one. I will have to order one to put in and test with.
  8. As best I can tell my server is dropping off network at random times and I cannot for the life of me figure out why. I initially thought the flash drive was the issue but I moved to a new flash drive and also tried updating to current Unraid OS but the same thing keeps happening. The same thing also happens when I initiate a parity check. Luckily the check continues and I can run terminal commands when I attach a monitor to the tower but when the parity check finishes I have to reboot to once again access the server. Attaching diags here and syslog as I started mirroring it to flash to try and capture wtf is going on. sydneycarton-diagnostics-20240919-1728.zip syslog
  9. Would love some input for either how to achieve what I want to do or a better suggestion of how to achieve the same thing. I have 2 ISPs. One is Starlink and the other is a local ISP in my area. I have 2 NICs on my server and I’d like to use Starlink for my arr apps and download clients associated with them. I would like to use my local ISP for hosting plex and have that network in the house for all other devices. Starlink DL speed is much better than my local ISP but does not allow plex outside, hence the split. Thanks for looking. edit to mention: I don’t want to use Starlink as my housewide network because when I tried replacing my local ISP on my mesh network every connection suddenly got real slow. Seems like the more devices on the network the worse Starlink performs
  10. The new disk is not new. It's an old parity I've added to the array. And newly added data isn't going to be accessed any more frequently than older data so I don't need it to be faster. I'd rather equalize the amounts so all drives perform comparably
  11. Forgive me for ignorance but would this be the right app to use if I just want to rebalance all the data on my array after adding a new disk? i.e. I have 6 disks that are 97% full and I want a bit of data from each to shift to this new empty drive. Can this app do that simply? If not simply, then at all?
  12. Just updated the docker container and now cannot get the interface to load. Just get a black screen. Tried Brave, Edge, Chrome, Firefox. Looks like VNC connects but nothing is rendering. Any suggestions? I reverted back to 6.29.0 and no issues so it must be the 7.0.0 image
  13. Please don't mind me, everyone. I'm just a f***ing idiot. After I ran memtest I also updated my BIOS and that reset the clock. I corrected the time and everything is working. I'm going to go die of embarrassment now.
  14. I grabbed the config folder before I overwrote my current flash but I’m not sure if it’s something in there causing issues.
  15. Okay. If that works I need to transfer my key, right?
