During the process of transferring files from my Synology to my new unRAID server, I encountered this warning when using the "mv" command locally on the machine. I was not present at the time the error occurred. Do I need to be concerned about data integrity or whether it completed or not? I would get a hash of the directory, but the file structure is absurdly large and would take forever.
