Have a fairly bares bones setup, 4 hdd, 1 cache drive. Running transmission in an ubuntu vm set to cache yes. When downloading on transmission, read speed on all drives (cache and hdd) is extremely slow to the point vlc plays a movie for about 5 seconds and then has to buffer for at least 30 before continuing. When a file is not actively downloading, speeds are as expected and everything works fine. I've also tried the docker transmission container, but results are the same. server1-diagnostics-20230424-1526.zip
