  1. ok awesome thanks @JorgeB. As a follow up I had a RJ45 to USB adaptor laying around and install that and that allowed me to access the GUI as well as ping external IP (ex google.com). I'm fairly certain that something happened with the onboard NIC and is not shot. Now I have an excuse to upgrade to 10g
  2. For informational purpose where/how did you identify that in the logs? secondly not exactly sure what that means in terms being able to correct. any advise?
  3. ahh sry uploaded the wrong files initially. tower-diagnostics-20231023-1059.zip
  4. Recently reconnected my server with a fresh installation of unraid and unable to access GUI. I'm currently still searching through older threads in hopes that I can come across something that works. What I have be able to try so far: 1 ) CONFIRMED I can ping server through pc powershell. 2 ) cannot access server via SSH (Putty). 3 ) running: results in 'didn't find google.com#20' net lookup google.com 4 ) confirmed SSH keys are present and defined ( file size bigger the 0kb & nanoing the .pub key files confirms data populated) 5 ) Attempted both obtaining server ip from DHCP & setting static IP address BOTH produced the same result of not being able to access GUI. Another interesting note is that when I log into my router I do not see the server listed under the connected LAN devices. I've tried different CAT5 cables from server plugged directly into the back of the router. I only have one RJ45 jack as I don't believe I can connect LAN using IPBM nic. I do have to admit to being a novice with unraid in general but have a decent understanding of how this is suppose to work. syslog.txt
