  1. hi Shawn, I am streaming over wireless N network but the problem seems to stop and start randomly. I stream files off my PC is work perfectly. Only video files off my unraid have this problem.
  2. Hi, Been using raid for about 7 months now and on version 4.5.6. Current configuration is 4 drives and 1 parity and having consistent problem with streaming video to my XBMC media server. Getting patchy video quality for any video files on unraid. Its like blotches of pixels and skipping video when playing. Sometimes rebooting the server fixes the problem briefly and its appears again. Does anyone else have a similar problem and any idea's on how to fix it?

  4. Hi All, Just wondering if there anything I should be worried about in my preclear results below? There are 2 drive sda and sdb. 6. Hi Guys, Just managed to get my unraid box up and running. I have installed 2 blank drives in my PC and did went through the menu to format it. I am bit worried that the drive hasnt been cleared because the whole process took 3 hours for a 2TB seagate LP drive. Is this correct and how can I check the drive clearing was success full?
  7. Hi All, Have finally decided to go ahead with a Unraid. Done some research of parts available in Australia and compatibility with Unraid and this is what I have decided to buy. Can you let me know if any parts maybe a problem or any recommendations?. Case - Fractal R2 Motherboard - Asus M4A785T-M CPU - AM3 Sempron LE-140 or 255 - not sure Memory - 2G-800 Kingston Power supply - Corsair VX550 - enough to power 12 drives? USB drive - USB Pen 8G Kingston Drives - 2 x 2TB Seagate LP and 2 x 2TB WD LP I am hoping the above works,
  8. Any ideas on a good motherboard for a Unraid setup?
  9. Hi all, trying to find a unraid compatible intel 1366 motherboard with a i3 processor. Couldn't find much on the internet, is there any where else I can look for more information?
