Solutions

  1. lehmand001's post in Filezilla "Error: Critical file transfer error". Unraid logs indicate "OK UPLOAD"..."0.00Kbyte/sec" was marked as the answer   
    Seem to have resolved my issue. 
     
    The files that needed to be transferred off the machine with the FTP Server were a part of a windows storage pool that had a small 2-bay DAC. 
     
    Moving the hard drive off of that particular DAC was the resolution.
