Solutions

  1. Uncommon's post in none of my web ui's are working was marked as the answer   
    OKAY  so i can now suddenly access everything fine no idea what changed but it works? any idea of what's caused this would be helpful in case it happens in the future
  2. Uncommon's post in issues with memory was marked as the answer   
    so i couldn't find anyway to lower the usage of the docker.img so instead i just increased it to 50GB and all is dandy
