  1. Well this is the last thing I would've thought was causing problems, but apparently having the case cover open was causing me all these network problems. Definitely no explanation why it would work in Proxmox but not Unraid but all that matters is it works now....
  2. I don't think so. I am at a total loss here. I installed a new usb stick with Proxmox just to see if it would get an IP through DHCP, and it did without a problem. I even flashed a new USB stick with Unraid, but still can't get an IP address. Flashing a new stick completely clears the config, right? Any ideas? This is really stumping me.
  3. I made a brand new unraid usb stick and booted it, same thing. So is it something hardware related then? Like the NIC got friend somehow?
  4. I tried that and the switch its connected to, still no luck. The server has something called iDRAC which allows me to connect to the terminal without a monitor and it's on its own dedicated ethernet port and works just fine which is why I didn't think to even reset any of the hardware
  5. No, it's a Dell r720 with an NIC board with 4 ports (all are connected) and show up on ifconfig as connected at least:
  6. I've been running Unraid for two years, and decided to get a GPU for transcoding video. After trouble getting Unraid to recognize it, I moved PCI slots and at some point my ethernet cards stopped getting IP addresses. It MAY be possible that I accidentally disconnected power from the server before it was totally shut down. I am at a total loss of how to fix this after reading suggestions. Hoping someone can help. Attached is my diagnostics output. Also removed the video card in an attempt to get things working, which didn't help. tower-diagnostics-20250409-1317.zip
  7. Thanks, I did that, but still nothing. When I click on the log file icon on the dashboard for my drive EOS_DIGITAL, it's empty so not sure if it's even running the device script. Config screenshot attached.
  8. Thanks. I believe I did that part correctly and updated my paths, but when I plug in my SD card this doesn't seem to run, and when I go to Tools->syslog, nothing shows up (I enabled debug mode in the photo script). Any ideas or obvious mistakes?
  9. I apologize if this is a dumb question, but I don't understand where I am supposed to paste the Photo Script example (https://gist.github.com/ljm42/02b54ce9cc36f992515b ) provided in the first post. Where should I go in the UI to do this such that any SD camera card I insert gets backed up? And how can I view the debug output of the script in case something goes wrong?
